Welcome to this wonderful and modern house for 6 guests located on the sand at the beach of ses Barreres, a quiet area between Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins.
Those in love with the sea will find in this place the best possible corner for their vacation since this beautiful house is right on the sand of the quiet beach of ses Barreres. Imagine yourselves enjoying a delicious breakfast at the front terrace or maybe a nice meal with the sound of the waves as the best soundtrack. The views and the sensations will be amazing!
If you want more privacy you can head to the back porch where you can cook a delicious BBQ and lie on the 2 sunloungers with a good reading.
Once inside, you'll sense the modernity and the feeling of peace. The living room is perfect to watch the satellite TV, cooling with the AC or warming up with the wood stove. The dining kitchen is perfect to prepare delicious dishes on the induction top and have lunch here with the wide window open, admiring the sea. There are three bedrooms. One has a double bed, a closet and an en-suite with a shower. The other two bedrooms offer a trundle bed each. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A baby cot, a high chair and 4 radiators complete the equipment.
The location is a privileged one, not only because the house is right on the sandy beach but also because of the peace of the place itself. Ses Barreres is a quiet corner between Cala Bona y Costa dels Pins. Cala Bona is about 2 km away with all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The golf course of Son Servera is only 1.6 km away.

Ruhige schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und pünktlich. Das Haus ist nicht gross, aber sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung eher einfach, aber alles in gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet. Leider ist der Strand vor dem Haus nur etwa ein Drittel Sandstrand, um ins Wasser zu gehen muss man durch eine Schicht angespülter Meerpflanzen gehen.
