Renovated in 2017, this beautiful chalet by the sea welcomes 5-6 people in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Majorca.
Spend an unforgettable beach holiday in this beautiful house located in a spectacular setting. Outside you can enjoy the sea breeze in the wonderful relaxation area on the terrace, having a cocktail at sunset. An outdoor dining table will allow you to enjoy the views while you have lunch or dinner, or prepare a fantastic barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the garden area where the children can play outdoors. The house is located in a quiet and residential area with neighbours around.
The house of 90 m2 is distributed in a single floor and has a Mediterranean style, bright and refreshing, ideal to disconnect for a few days. The living-dining room has two comfortable sofas from where you can watch TV (national channels). The dining area can seat up to 6 people and has sea views. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and the basic elements for holiday cooking. A bathroom with shower serves the house. Next are the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. It is worth noting that this bedroom has no window, but next to it is the en-suite bathroom which has a window with beautiful views of the garden and the sea, so that natural light enters the room. The second bedroom has another double bed, sea views as well as a built-in wardrobe and the last bedroom has a trundle bed and a chest of drawers and the window looks out over the side of the plot. All bedrooms have a fan for cooling. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are at your disposal. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in the village of Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet village with basic services, ideal for a family holiday. The beach is sandy and rocky, very shallow and shallow, mainly visited by local families and tourists. You can visit Can Picafort where you will find a wide range of leisure activities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A little further Alcudia and its wall and fantastic coves such as Mal Pas and Alcanada.
The fireplace cannot be used.

11 guests reviewed this property. Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer. Fußläufig Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Uns hat alles gefallen, vor allem die Unterstützung der Vermieter. Sie sind extra aus Palma gekommen und haben uns warme Decken gebracht. Der Nachbar hat uns geholfen die Schlafzimmertür zu öffnen, die klemmt ziemlich. Vielen Dank.
Wonderful sea view. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. We liked everything, especially the support from the landlords. They came especially from Palma and brought us warm blankets. The neighbor helped us open the bedroom door, it was quite stuck. Thank you.
See more vue magnifique, les pieds dans l eau.. je recommande pour 5 personnes s il fallait améliorer quelque chose, ce serait la cuisine avec un placard pour ranger l alimentation.
magnificent view, feet in the water.. I recommend for 5 people if something needed to be improved, it would be the kitchen with a cupboard to store food.
See more Nous y sommes allés en Avril avec nos deux enfants. Lemplacement est super, juste devant la mer, devant cest un melange de sable et cailloux donc super pr jouer avec les enfants, quartier tres residentiel calme avec 2-3 resto dans le coin cest tout. Par contre déçu car il n'y avait rien dans la maison (sac pouvelle, PQ, sel, sucre... Rien du tt), et un des 3 lits nest vraiment pas confortable du tout. L'extérieur est agréable. en avril il faisait froid dans la maison les soirs sans possibilité de chauffage. NB pas de clim pr l'été. Mais lemplacement et la hue ont largement compensé les petits defauts
We went there in April with our two children. The location is great, right in front of the sea, in front it is a mixture of sand and stones so great for playing with the children, very quiet residential area with 2-3 restaurants in the area that's all. On the other hand, disappointed because there was nothing in the house (trash bag, PQ, salt, sugar... Nothing at all), and one of the 3 beds is really not comfortable at all. The exterior is pleasant. in April it was cold in the house in the evenings with no possibility of heating. NB no air conditioning in summer. But the location and the crowd more than made up for the small flaws
See more Die Lage ist umwerfend: man hat das Meer jederzeit im Blick!!! Bei 40 Grad wäre eine Klimaanlage schön gewesen, aber durch den angenehmen Wind und die Ventilatoren ging sogar das! Einfach ein toller Irlaub!
The location is stunning: you can always see the sea!!! At 40 degrees, air conditioning would have been nice, but with the pleasant wind and fans even that was possible! Simply a great holiday!

Very good location in a quiet and non touristic area. The view is amazing. The photos, especially of the outside, are overselling. the terrasse is way less confy than it looks. the furniture and equipment is overall cheap for the price. not very flexible hosts: the house was not booked after us and we had 2 babies that needed a nap but we still had to leave at 10 am.

See more Dejligt hus, fantastisk beliggenhed, skønt område. Badestranden var desværre klippefyldt, men fine strande ca. 15 kørsel væk. Fantastisk roligt område, med gode restauranter.
Nice house, great location, beautiful area. The bathing beach was unfortunately rocky, but nice beaches approx. 15 drive away. Great quiet area, with good restaurants.
