Das Haus in Alcudia ist einfach perfekt für Familien. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zu viert sehr zufrieden. Ein wunderschöner Garten im vorderen Bereich lädt gerade zu ein, auf dem gemütlichen Sofa zu relaxen. Im hinteren Bereich haben wir gegrillt und Frühstück gemacht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Trubels, sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Das eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist, ist sehr praktisch. Internet funktioniert perfekt. Das anfängliche Problem mit dem Wasser wurde schnell behoben. Den Weg zum Strand kann man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bewältigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe mehr als genug. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

The two-storey house has a size of 140 m2 and 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds and A/C and the other/third with 2 twin beds and a ventilator. Two bedrooms have windows with garden view. There are 2 bathrooms, one bath tub and the other with shower.
The comfy sitting-dining room with A/C is a nice place to have a nap, surf the internet (WIFI), watch television (SAT-TV) or have meals together. The kitchen is equipped with all important cooking utensils and appliances.
The 30 m2 terrace is perfect for a large breakfast. There are 2 sun loungers in the garden. In the backyard of the house, there’s another terrace with a BBQ.
You can park one car on the 400 m2 plot. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can park it for free on the street in front of the house. The accommodation is situated in a quiet neighborhood.
The sand beach and the clear waters, supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop are within walking distance. The beach is perfect for toddlers, because the swell is moderate. A car is not essential, because you can walk or take the bus. During the high season, the bus leaves every 15 minutes for Alcúdia historic town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or Can Picafort.
Puerto de Alcúdia has a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops. Take a long stroll on the promenade, try homemade ice cream, make a boat trip to Formentor, and visit the market that takes place in the evening.
Furthermore, we recommend you to visit the historic town of Alcúdia with its city wall, the Romanic ruins and the nice amphitheatre. The local market takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Un peu déçu au début de voir que l'appartement est géré par une agence immobilière, ce qui va à l'encontre de l'idée que je me fais d'air bnb. Cependant, tous les échanges par mails avant le voyage (notamment pour avoir deux lits bébés et chaises-hautes) étaient très bons. De plus nous avons claqué par erreur la porte d'entrée alors que les clés étaient encore à l'intérieur. L'agence a très bien réagit en nous laissant la possibilité de nous promener toute la journée en en faisant intervenir le propriétaire pendant ce temps. Les clés nous attendaient à notre retour dans le petit boitier avec un code à notre arrivée. Vraiment agréable quand ça se passe comme ça. Un reproche par contre : il n'y a pas de volets réellement occultant, et les lampadaires extérieurs font qu'il fait presque complètement jours dans les chambres même en pleine nuit. Heureusement, de grosses couvertures étaient présentent dans le logement et nous avons pu les suspendre par dessus les rideaux. En conclusion je recommande ce logement très bien placé, au calme, et à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage.
See more Que Bo is a lovely villa with loads of space, and on its own enclosed compound with lovely garden, all of which makes it a great choice for families. Spotlessly clean and the owner came with no problem to sort out an issue we had with the kettle - now resolved. Playa de muro was much more built up than we thought, but considering that the villa is only about 3 mins walk from the 'strip', you couldn't tell, it was so quiet, which was welcome! The only problem with the place was a 'tapping' noise which can be heard in the main bedroom sometimes - mostly when windy, which we did mention to the owner, who knew about it - I do think this needs to be resolved!
