The modern living-dining room with satellite-TV and A/C will make you feel at home from the first moment. If you fancy cooking you will enjoy doing this in the fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob. A laundry area features a washer, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms; one with double bed and the second with two twin beds. Both count with A/C, closet and the master bedroom has enough space to prepare a cot and a high chair. This beautiful accommodation offers two shower bathrooms.
Puerto de Andratx is in the Southwest of Mallorca and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a nice sea promenade. The next sand beach is in Sant Elm, 7 km from the house and already situated in the Sierra de Trmauntana. If you fancy doing some sports, nearby there are two golf courses: Andratx and Santa Ponça; besides the area is good for hiking and cycling. Visit the entertainment parks Katmandu in Magaluf and Western park and enjoy a day with your family!

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt und max. 100 Meter vom Hafen entfernt. Mitten drin und trotzdem relativ ruhig und vor allem nicht nur touristisch sondern auch Einheimische. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
The house is located in the middle of the old town and max. 100 meters from the harbor. Right in the middle and still relatively quiet and, above all, not only tourists but also locals. We felt super comfortable.
See more Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, vielleicht wirkt es im ersten Moment etwas kleiner, aber es passt alles. Über die Klimaanlage waren wir sehr froh, und sie hat in allen Zimmern tatenlos funktioniert. Es ist alles sehr neu, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas Problematisch. Wir haben aber dann 3 min vom Haus entfernt einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz gefunden wo immer Platz war. Das Haus liegt sehr gut um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben nach Palma (Stadt) und an den Flughafen/Strände nie länger als 30-40 min gebraucht. Alles in allem war das Haus sehr schön, und auch sehr schön gelegen. Sollten wir nochmals nach Mallorca gehen würden wir sicherlich nochmals dieses Haus buchen.
The house is as shown in the pictures, it may seem a little smaller at first, but everything fits. We were very happy about the air conditioning and it worked perfectly in all rooms. It's all very new and we immediately felt at home. The parking situation is a bit problematic. But then we found a large public parking lot 3 minutes from the house wherever there was space. The house is very well located for exploring the island. It never took us longer than 30-40 minutes to get to Palma (city) and the airport/beaches. All in all the house was very nice and also very nicely located. If we go to Mallorca again we would definitely book this house again.

Wir waren im "Quinze Germans" in Port d'andrax - die Unterkunft war für unseren Urlaub einfach super. Keine 5 min zu Fuß zum Hafen, alles sauber, für 4 Leute bei gutem Wetter gut Größe. Beim parken muss man Glück haben, am Ende haben wir aber immer einen Platz gefunden. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Schöne Dachterrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche, wlan vorhanden, Klimaanlage für regelbare Temperatur vorhanden. Etwas steile Treppe und die Kaffeemaschine muss man ein paar Tage "kennenlernen", das tut dem ganzen aber nichts ab! Wir würden wieder kommen :)
We stayed at the "Quinze Germans" in Port d'andrax - the accommodation was simply great for our holiday. Less than a 5 minute walk to the harbor, everything was clean, good size for 4 people in good weather. You have to be lucky when parking, but we always found a spot in the end. The supermarket is also right around the corner. Beautiful roof terrace, well-equipped kitchen, WiFi available, air conditioning for adjustable temperatures. The stairs are a bit steep and you have to "get to know the coffee machine" for a few days, but that doesn't take anything away from it! We would come again :)

Vielen Dank, das Häuschen entsprich genau der Beschreibung und bietet für bis zu 4 Personen genügend Platz. Die Klimaanlage ist auch zum Heizen gut zu gebrauchen, was bei den Außentemparaturen leider nötig war. Die Lage ist ganz zentral mit Anbindung an Supermarkt und guten Restaurants, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Weg zur Wonung mit dem Auto ist etwas tricky, da viele Einbahnstaßen, das sollte man besser beschreiben. Ein Parkplatz am Tennisplatz war jedoch immer frei... Die Kommunikation mit Homerti im Vorfeld über Email war problemlos, das Haus ist mit Schlüsselsafe aufzusperren. Eine Person von der Agentur haben wir persönlich nicht getroffen, ein Ansprechpartner war uns jedoch zugeteilt worden, den wir nicht benötigt haben. Als einziges hätten wir gerne eine Cafetiera (z.B.Bialetti oder ähnliche) statt der Filtermaschine gehabt, vielleicht könnte man in die mal investieren. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder.
Thank you, the house corresponds exactly to the description and offers enough space for up to 4 people. The air conditioning can also be used for heating, which was unfortunately necessary given the outside temperatures. The location is very central with access to a supermarket and good restaurants, but still very quiet. The cleanliness was also very good. The way to the apartment by car is a bit tricky because there are many one-way streets, that should be described better. However, a parking space at the tennis court was always free... Communication with Homerti in advance via email was problem-free, the house can be unlocked with a key safe. We didn't meet anyone from the agency personally, but we were assigned a contact that we didn't need. The only thing we would have liked was a cafetiera (e.g. Bialetti or similar) instead of the filter machine, maybe we could invest in that. Otherwise we would be happy to come back.

- Nur spanische Fernsehsender In einem Schlafzimmer kein Schrank + Die Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank war unsere Rettung nach der langen Anreise. Sehr schön renoviert, Zimmer haben eine tolle Aufteilung.
- Spanish TV channels only. No closet in one bedroom + The bottle of water in the fridge was our salvation after the long journey. Very nicely renovated, rooms have a great layout.

However we were disappointed with the curtained showers – especially the first floor one which wraps itself around you when you try to use it. Also the fridge/freezer seemed to run almost continuously and on three occasions there were puddles on the floor under the freezer door.
