Charming 19th century farmhouse with elevated pool and 15 minutes drive from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests.
After a long day at the beach, it is great to sit on the terrace, have a refreshing beer or bathe in the chlorine pool with a size of 5.5m x 3.5m and a depth of 1.2m. The chefs will enjoy cooking outside on the barbecue and, while the meat or vegetables are being braised, you can refresh yourself in the outside shower or play table tennis. Six sun loungers are available for sun lovers. Next to the house there's a stable with several animals; the owner takes care of them. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors scattered around the area.
The modern living / dining room with satellite TV (only German channels) and air conditioning is open to the fully equipped kitchen, offering a ceramic stove. Here you prepare your dishes in a vintage atmosphere, without giving up the comforts of modern life. On the ground floor there is a rustic bathroom with shower. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the laundry room.
The house is about 4 km from the center of Santa Margalida, a quiet and authentic village. On Tuesday and Saturday the market is held in the square, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables from the area, apart from handicrafts and clothing. In the village there is a grocery store, restaurants, pharmacies and banks. A car is necessary, especially to reach the fine sandy beaches of the north, among them Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia.
Please note that the indoor barbecue can not be used.
There's a fee for the electricity consumption, but only if you exceed 25 kW/night.

Vorab die Finca liegt mitten im nirgendwo, was auf jeden Fall seine Vorteile hat. es ist ungemein ruhig solange der Nachbars Hund nicht am bellen ist, aber das war bei uns nur einmal der Fall in einer Woche und dann auch nicht lang. die Finca bietet alles um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Ein idealer Ort mit der Familie oder Freunde Mallorca zu genießen und durch die Lage auch ein perfekter Startort um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.
See more Unglaublich schönes und gemütliches Haus mitten im Nirgendwo und trotzdem ist alles schnell erreichbar. Traumhafte Strände (Alcúdia) in weniger als 15 minuten per Auto und Supermarkt &Co sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind perfekt für kleine Kinder und es gibt eine wirklich gute Grundausstattung inklusive Strandspielzeug und Sonnenschirmen. Es hätte für uns nichts besseres geben können und wir würden hier sofort erneut absteigen. :)
See more Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft (Bilder) trifft voll zu. Wir 4 (2 Paare) hatten 10 super schöne Tage im November. Die nächst gelegenen Städte samt Supermarkt sind in 10 bis 15 min. mit dem Auto (ist ein Muss) erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist mehr als ausreichend und die Gastgeber hatten uns auf Grund der späten Anreise (Samstagabend) Verpflegung zur Verfügung gestellt. Toll ist der Außengrill! Die nahe gelegenen Buchten und Wanderziele sind mit dem Auto in 10 bis 45 min. zu erreichen und machen die Unterkunft zu einem perfekten Ausgangsort. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen (auch mit Kindern - Spielplatz und Pool befinden sich im Garten).Mit den GPS Daten konnte die Unterkunft gefunden werden.
See more Absolut ruhige Lage, das Meer ist nach Norden in 10 Minuten, nach Osten in ca 20 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Der nächste Ort (Santa Margalida) in 2km Entfernung. Toll ausgestattete und gemütliche Finca für bis zu 6 Personen, mit Pool, Grill und sogar kleinem Kinderspielplatz. Sehr ruhig, Schafe, Schweine und Hühner sind ringsherum auf dem Bauernhof. Lieber Gastgeber, der sich stets kümmert aber nicht stört.
See more Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann: klimatisierte Räumlichkeiten , einen Pool, der vor unseren Kindern abgesichert werden konnte- wunderbare Vermieter , die uns mit tollen Dingen unseren Aufenthalt angenehm und herzlich gestaltet haben. Wir bedanken uns dafuer. Die Umgebung ist erholsam, fernab von party und Lärm . Die Strände von alcudia sind schnell zu erreichen . Für die Kinder waren ein eigener Spielplatz einfach wunderbar . Werden sicherlich wiederkommen:-)
