Mediterranean terraced house in Javea, with capacity for 8 guests and with access to a shared pool.
The communal chlorine pool of 12m x 6m and with a depth of between 1.1m x 1.9m, invites you to bathe all year round, although it is not heated. It has access to an outdoor shower to cool off quickly and to a cummunity garden. In the private urbanization there is a Spa, restaurants, a paddle tennis court and a tennis court. All these services are to be ordered and paid separately.The villa has a private terrace overlooking the urbanization with seaviev on the horizon.

The comfortable living / dining room with air conditioning and TV is on the ground floor, as well as the well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A kettle is available upon request. On this ground floor there is a separate toilet.

The four bedrooms are situated on the floor -1, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and two with a trundle bed for two people each. One bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. There is also another bathroom with bathtub and bidet that serves the rest of the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning. For the youngest ones we will provide a cot and high chair on request.

In the surroundings of Xabia there are different hiking routes and viewpoints like the Bay of Portitxol or the Forest Park of the Granadella. A few kilometers away there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. The sandy beach, called Platja de l'Arenal, is 2.3 km away and is a family beach with calm waters. The old town of Xabia still retains its medieval layout. In the municipal market of Abastos you will find gastronomic local products of the region. We recommend you to join the beautiful market celebrated every thursday on the " Plaza de la Constitución " and the "Placeta del Convent", two places in the center.
