Welcome to this beautiful villa located on the outskirts of Denia. It sleeps 6 people.
The area outside the house is are very nice. There are large gardens, a fully equipped porch with table, wood oven and a barbecue.
The house of 250 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with twin beds and en suite bathroom with shower; and two on the 1st floor with double bed (one with en suite bathroom with shower). In addition to the en suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. One cot and one highchair are available on request.
The living room is very cozy, with two sofas, a coffee table, TV, a dinng table with chairs, air conditioning and a fireplace. The separated kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Les Marines Beach is characterized by amplitude and good location (sheltered from the winds from the south and southeast). On this beach you will find the peace to enjoy a quiet family day, with one of the best views of the castle of Denia. Nearby you will find all kind of bars and restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and you should also visit Les Rotes. This rugged landscape is known for its beauty and sea green and blue colors as well as the transparency of the waters and the recesses making the coastline. In the area of the rocky coves, begins the Marine Reserve of Cabo de San Antonio, which is environmentally protected. It is interesting to visit the Castillo de Denia located on a small hill by the sea, in the heart of the city. In addition you will find a wide range of hiking trails, bike routes, hiking routes by diving or boat coves.
