Welcome to this wonderful village house, for 8 guests, in front of the sea of Son Servera.
The exteriors of this spectacular house are prepared to offer you the peace and quiet you deserve. In the garden you will find a swimming pool of 3.2x2.2m and with a depth of 0.7m that will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue or have a glass of wine with a good book while enjoying the peace and quiet of the sea waves. There is also a terrace on the upper floor with dreamlike views. In addition, the garden has direct access to the beach, a real privilege!
It is a three-storey house. On the main floor, there is a astonishing living-dining room, with TV-SAT and A/C. The kitchen, with direct access to the outside, is wide and has ceramic cooktop. The laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with shower on this floor and another one with bathtub on the upper floor. Then, there are also 4 bedrooms that feature two single beds and wardrobe; one on the ground floor, two on the 1st floor and the last one on the 2nd floor. A cot and a high chair can also be provided. Likewise, the accommodation offers our guests 4 fans, oil central heating and radiant floor.
This property is unique since it is located in Son Servera village and, at the same time, in front of the sea. It is a marvel to be able to access walking to any service such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc., and, even better, to the beach. You just need to cross the garden and walk into the sand.
The swimming pool will be closed from 30/11 to 01/03.

Reliable, friendly, accommodating
La vue est sublime, on ne s'en lasse pas, avec des levers de soleil inoubliables. L'accès privé à une petite plage fut une excellente surprise, avec en prime une douche d'extérieur dans le jardin. De belles promenades hors saison sont faisables à pied, quelques commerces et bars/restaus sont également accessibles sans voiture. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, le jardin bien entretenu. Les grandes terrasses des étages pourraient être l'atout majeur de la maison, si elles étaient un peu plus meublées, elles offrent des panoramas et des coins de calme.
The view is sublime, we never tire of it, with unforgettable sunrises. Private access to a small beach was an excellent surprise, with the added bonus of an outdoor shower in the garden. Beautiful walks out of season are possible on foot, some shops and bars/restaurants are also accessible without a car. The rooms are large and clean, the garden well maintained. The large terraces on the upper floors could be the major asset of the house, if they were a little more furnished, they offer panoramas and corners of calm.

La casa es preciosa y muy cómoda. Por el precio alto que tiene podría tener más detalles, como gel-champú de ducha, más de 1 rollo de papel higiénico, etc. Lo que nos disgustó de Homerti es que avisamos de la hora de llegada por mail y luego llamamos por teléfono al llegar al aeropuerto y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora en la puerta hasta que llegaron los propietarios, que les avisaron los vecinos cuando nosotros llegamos a la casa, pero no Homerti

See more De Villa lag op een geweldige locatie aan zee. Vanuit de tuin direct een duik nemen in de zee. Fantastisch. De indeling was fenominaal. Alle ruimtes met frontaal zeezicht en verder voorzien van heerlijke terrassen. Totaal 3 stuks. Grote tuin, 1e verdieping groot dakterras en op de 2e verdieping nog een heerlijk dakterras. Geweldig!! Zeer rustig gelegen en op loopafstand van een fijn restaurant.Wij vonden de stoelen niet zo lekker zitten bij de terrassen. Met name de stoelen welke bij het keukenterras stonden. Twee daarvan waren onbetrouwbaar omdat de pootjes er niet goed (los) onder zaten. Maar dit is ook het enige. Mogelijk kan hier wat aandacht aan besteed worden. Verder was alles top.
The Villa was in a great location by the sea. Take a dip directly from the garden into the sea. Fantastic. The layout was phenomenal. All rooms with frontal sea views and lovely terraces. Total 3 pieces. Large garden, large roof terrace on the 1st floor and a lovely roof terrace on the 2nd floor. Awesome!! Very quiet location and within walking distance of a nice restaurant. We did not find the chairs very comfortable on the terraces. Particularly the chairs that were near the kitchen terrace. Two of them were unreliable because the legs were not properly (loosely) underneath. But this is also the only thing. Perhaps some attention could be paid to this. Everything else was great.
See more Maison idéale pour des vacances entre amis ! Toutes les chambres sont d'une taille suffisante, grande pièce à vivre et plusieurs espaces extérieurs. Il y a également une très grande terrasse au 1er étage qui permet d'apprécier le coucher de soleil. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

La dueña del piso es muy maja y acogedora. El piso lo tenía todo y no hubo ningún problema. Salida directa a la playa y bonito para andar. Muy recomendable.
The owner of the apartment is very nice and welcoming. The apartment had everything and there were no problems. Direct access to the beach and nice to walk. Highly recommended.
