This beautiful house is located in Binissalem and offers a home for 4 people.
The house is decorated in a rustic style and it is distributed over two floors. It features very cozy living room, where you can relax watching satellite TV, reading a good book or have a dinner with your family or friends. Especially during winter days, you can have a cup of tea next to the wood stove. The independent kitchen with ceramic stove has all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes. There is an iron and ironing board available in the house.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and highchair. The property offers one bathroom with a shower. The house is equipped with central heating.

There is a terrace with a barbecue at your disposal, perfect for spending pleasant outdoor evenings.

Binissalem is a charming village of about 7,000 inhabitants, with restaurants and bars with terraces, ideal for dinner accompanied by a good wine with Denomination of Origin, from the own vineyards of the village. Every Friday morning, the market is celebrated in the "Plaza de la Iglesia", where the local people buy products such as vegetables, fruits or cheeses.

If you come at the end of September you will find some of the most emblematic fiestas in Mallorca, Sa Vermada (La Vendimia); For two weeks the whole town participates in meals, dinners, verbenas, parade of floats and a lot of acts with the wine like central protagonist.
