Welcome to this beautiful and renovated town house in Son Carrió. It has capacity for 5 guests.
This house is perfect to rest and disconnect from the world. In the patio you can enjoy a wonderful Mediterranean breakfast or gaze at the stars at night. The property is located within the town and there are direct neighbours.
The single-storey house has been renovated in a modern style but retains some traditional details. From the backyard you have direct access to the modern kitchen-dining room equipped with a ceramic hob. Here you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you find the living room with AC where you can relax watching satellite TV. To rest, the house features 3 bedrooms, two with 2 twin beds and AC, and one with only one single bed. The window of one of the double bedrooms opens onto the living room and the single bedroom does not have a window. The house also has two bathrooms with a shower, one with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
Son Carrió is a small hamlet belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in the Levante region of Mallorca. In the town you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is the emblematic Portocristo beach located 12 km away, with crystal clear waters and perfect for families. If you like golf, the closest course is in Son Servera, located 12 km away.

Accommodation in a very quiet village. The owners were very pleasant and attentive. There was no lack of detail in the accommodation...we felt at home.
L'appartamento era ancora meglio visto dal vivo che dalle foto. Casa consegnata pulitissima, ordinata e dotata di tutti gli accessori che mai avremmo immaginato. Climatizzatori in ogni stanza, lavatrice con asciugatrice, vasca per bucato a mano, TV immensa con play station, WI-FI, stendino, asciugacapelli. Cucina super accessoriata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, frigorifero, freezer, piano a induzione, forno, forno a microonde, tostapane, spremiagrumi, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, piatti, posate, bicchieri, mestoli e tovaglie. Biancheria e salviette incluse. Insomma non manca niente, sembra di avere casa nostra a Maiorca. Proprietari simpatici e molto disponibili, per qualsiasi cosa ci sono sempre.
The apartment was even better seen in person than in the photos. House delivered very clean, tidy and equipped with all the accessories we would have never imagined. Air conditioning in every room, washing machine with dryer, tub for hand laundry, huge TV with play station, WI-FI, drying rack, hairdryer. Super-equipped kitchen with all appliances, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glasses, ladles and tablecloths. Linen and towels included. In short, nothing is missing, it feels like having our own home in Mallorca. Nice and very helpful owners, they are always there for anything.
