This enchanting terraced house with shared pool forms part of an estate with several holiday homes and is located in Manacor. It sleeps 6 people.
Welcome to this beautiful and spacious house winch has a 12m x 7m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.60m to 2.10m, a 3m x 2m children's pool with a depth of 0.35m, an external shower and a laundry room. About 50 metres from the house you'll have access to a barbecue area and a playground for the kids with swings and slides. Furthermore, there's a natural pond where you are also able to swim if you want. The complex disposes of four houses, and is fenced in a very quiet area where you can have lovely walks and see animals like sheeps and pigs.

This wonderful, ,two-storey house has a nice terrace, where you can enjoy great al-fresco family diners. The ground floor is composed of a rustic and spacious sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and A/C, a fully-fitted kitchen with vitro hob, a double bedroom with A/C and a bathroom with bath tub.

The first floor has two bedrooms with two single beds and A/C each. Please keep in mind that one of the bedrooms has no total privacy, as you have to cross it to get to the second bedroom. Additionally, there's a shower bathroom on the upper storey. There is one cot and one high chair on request. This fabulous villa has central heating for the winter.

The establishment offers a small shop where you will find typical products of Mallorca, open on request.

The city of Manacor is known for its shops, the pearl factory and furniture stores. In Port de Manacor, about 17 km from the house, you'll find good bars and restaurants. The east coast has lots of wonderful beaches like Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia or Cala Mondrago. The Drach caves are famous for the subterranean lake. The golf course Vall d'Or is about 23 km from the house.
