Wir waren für 20Tage in der Wohnung,die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos nur Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen,leider.Positiv,es ist alles wie beschrieben und sieht sich so aus.Klimaanlage funktioniert überall nur nicht in der 2OG Dachboden(es wird sehr Heiß)EG und 1OG sehr kalt,kann aber eingestellt werden.Die Betten sind gut in Schuss,die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet.TV geht wenn Wichtig sein sollte nur ARD,ZDF,RTL und 1Plus und so Sender die keiner schaut.Negativ:Duschfließen sind gelöst (Boden)dort wurde nur eine Matte drauf gelegt damit der Fehler nicht zu sehen ist.Duschstange war verrostet und nicht fest in der Wand verschraubt,sowie defekte Brause.Das 2te Bad dort wurde gar keine Wandhalterung mehr angebracht, Defekte Halterung hing an der Wand.

The communal exteriors are beautiful and offer a 10 x 6 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 1.8 m and a garden area. There is a private terrace on the ground floor and another terrace on the first floor with wonderful views over the Bay Cala D'Or. If you like to cook outside, you will find a BBQ there.

One bedroom on the first floor has a bathroom en suite. In this property you will have access to a toilet on the ground floor and a bath with bath tub on the first floor. If you travel with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

It features one large and comfortable sofa, a coffee table, Smart-TV with international channels, a dining table with chairs and air conditioning. The kitchen with voitro stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Es Calonge is a small village belonging to Santanyi. It is located only 4 km away from Cala d'Or, the coastal holiday resort, belonging also to Santanyi. You will find there everything you might need during your stay. In the area there are magnificent beaches with crystal clear waters, as Cala d'Or, Cala Gran, Cala Llonga, Portopetro, etc.
For golf enthusiasts, in just 10 minutes drive, you can reach Vall d'Or Golf. For any kind of leasure, we recommend you to visit the city of Palma, situated 60 minutes by car, where you will find many shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, pubs, theaters, water parks, etc.
