Marvellous house at 200m from the sea, in the urbanisation of Es Barcarès. It is prepared for 8 persons and is ideal for a quiet family holiday.
This terraced, 3-storey house counts with a garden: the perfect place for an exquisite summer barbecue, and contemplating the starry skies over a fine conversation. There is a garden shower, to refresh yourselves and to shower of the sand from the beach. There are direct neighbors.

On the ground floor you will find a nice living- and dining room, to relax and enjoy family dinners, as well as a guest room. The kitchen works with an induction hob and is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a perfect meal.

Ascending one floor, there are three air conditioned bedrooms and access to a splendid terrace, as well as a bath room with a shower and a bath tub. One of the bedrooms counts with a bunk bed, another with two individual beds, and the third with a double bed. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

On the basement (floor -1) there is a secondary living room, with smart TV and DVD player, as well as a 4th bedroom with two individual beds, air conditioning, a bath room with a shower and access to the garden. On this basement floor, there is another (very basic) kitchen.

There are a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board available.

Es Barcarès is a relatively quiet urbanization, north from Alcúdia. The coast is mostly rocky, with some sandy beaches like Morer Vermell or Malpas. The city center of Alcúdia is only a few minutes away by car. It is surrounded by a town wall and lovely cobbled streets pass through the whole town. The local market takes place every Sunday and Tuesday and there you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, clothes and knick-knacks. The harbour of Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia, is a lively spot with many restaurants, leisure activities and playgrounds. You can enjoy a boat trip to Formentor and Cap Pinar and see the Majorcan coast from the ocean.

Note: We can not accept youth groups under 20 years old for this property. This does not apply to families with children. We will need copies of all passports, to confirm a reservation.
