Set in the centre of picturesque Valldemossa, surrounded by the Sierra de Tramuntana, this charming chalet welcomes 10 people.
Built in 1916 and totally reformed in 2016, this Majorcan-Style establishment offers accommodation on three floors. The ground floor comprises an invitingly dining room and a living room with sofas, A/C and satellite-TV with English channels. Thanks to the small patio with typical flower pots, light comes in, making it a friendly and bright room. A toilet is also on the ground floor. A staircase leads from the living room to the fully-equipped kitchen with A/C, dining area, washing machine and vitro hob. At the same floor there are three double bedrooms with fan for the summer and electric radiator for the winter. One of this bedrooms has no wardrobe and a non-exterior window which overlooks the hall. The second floor consists in two bedrooms with double bed, electric radiator, fan, a nice living area with big windows and fireplace and a shower bathroom. One bedroom has only a small superior window. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
Valldemossa is a small village with romantic cobblestone alleys, small cafés and surrounded by mountains and forest. In the centre thrones the Cartuja of Valldemossa, formerly a royal palace. Chopin and George Sand have passed some time in the Cartuja. The bakeries of the town are famous for the coca de patata - a potato cake mostly accompanied by hot chocolate. A very tasty affair! The surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling or for a visit of the neighbouring villages of Deià, Sóller or Fornalutx. There's a small gravel beach in Port de Valldemossa, accessible by a small winding road. The next sand beach is in Puerto de Sóller, at the same time very popular because of the old train which goes to Palma de Mallorca.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
