Detached house in a quiet area and near to the beach in Can Picafort, with capacity for 8 or 9 people
Enjoy a quiet and familiar holiday in this beautiful detached house close to the centre and the beach. Outside you will find several terreces where resting and relaxing after a long beach day, as well as several dining areas where tasting meals or dinner or simply having an appetiser before lunch. The property is fenced, there are direct neighbours and the privacy is partial.

The house is distributed completely on one single floor and it is luminous, cool and comfortable. You will find a cosy sofa in the living room where you can hace a siesta while cooling down with the air conditioning or watching a film on the TV Sat. The ample eat-in kitchen has a ceramic hob and it is fully equipped. It counts also with a table for 6 people where you can cook with your loved ones. There are two bedrooms with two single beds, another one with a double bed and the last one has a bunk bed. For the extra person there is an additional bed that can placed in one of the bedrooms. there are two bathrooms with a bath tub for the whole house.
A cot and a high chair are also available. Finally, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house.

The house is located in a central placed and with easy access within Can Picafort, being at the same time quiet and familiar. On Friday morning you can visit the street market that takes place weekly. You will also find all services in Can Picafort. The beach is long and the sand fine, ideal for water sports and families with children, Shops, bars and restaurants complete the leisure offer in Can Picafort.
