Next door six guests can sit around the dining table and dine together. Perhaps it can be something of a hearty grilling? The property is fenced and the finca is detached.
 
The house of 150 square meters is completely distributed on one floor. The style inside is comfortable and casual, to make you feel at home. It has two rooms where you can rest or watch TV (Smart TV). Dining room and kitchen share space. The kitchen has got a gas stove and is fully equipped for cooking during the holidays. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each and one with double bed, all three with wardrobe. There are a toilet, a shower bathroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower for the whole accommodation. When a baby is present, we like to spread a high chair and a little cot. Two fans, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.
 
If you are looking for rest and relaxation on the country is exactly right. The beaches of the north coast of Majorca are about 12-15 km away, e.g. The natural beach Son Serra de Marina. The quiet coastal town has a restaurant and a small grocery store - more services can be found in Can Picafort or in Manacor. In Son Serra de Marina you can take a nice coastal walk to Colonia de Sant Pere and refresh yourself in the sea. The beach is partly pebble, partly sandy.
