This wonderful and quiet finca near Felanitx welcomes 4 guests.
Enjoy a Mallorcan summer in this cosy finca in the countryside with mountain views that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. On the wonderful terrace, surrounded by fruit trees, you can relax and sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or have a drink in the outdoor dining area with your loved ones. The house is independent but has neighbours nearby, so there is partial privacy.
The property is distributed over two floors. From the terrace we access to a fantastic living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and wood cooker, where you will be able to share unique moments. On this same floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and also has another dining area that completes the room. A complete bathroom with shower, gives service to this floor.
When it is time to sleep, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC and TV. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there is another bedroom with views to the outside, which is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fan and a radiator are at your disposal if you need them. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can also provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Felanitx is a village located in Mallorca that offers a great deal of activity all year round. It is an area well known for its wine production and not very touristic, which makes it perfect to get into the Mallorcan culture and experience it more closely. We recommend you to explore some of its hiking routes and if you like the beach, go to Cala d'Or, which is only 10 km away.

Wir haben Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober auf "Son Esquerra" verweilen dürfen.Ein zauberhaftes Haus in einer absoluten ruhigen Gegend und doch ist man schnell an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants ,Stränden sowie Buchten .Wer Ruhe sucht und das ursprüngliche Mallorca liebt ist hier genau richtig.Unsere Nachbarn waren Blau und Blanc.....zwei superhübsche und brave Eseljungs.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Waschmaschine Bügelbrett usw. sind vorhanden.Wir lieben es zu grillen und haben aus diesem Grund unseren Gasgrill mitgebracht, wir hatten so schöne Abende dort.Öffentliche Feuer und Grillplätze sind nicht erlaubt.Wir sind mit der Fähre und eigenem Auto nach Mallorca gekommen, dadurch konnten wir mit Grill und SUP anreisen, wir hatten mal wieder eine unvergessliche Zeit auf der Insel.Das schöne alte Steinhaus wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben , wir kommen gerne wieder.Kerstin und Guido
We were able to stay on “Son Esquerra” from mid-September to early October. A magical house in an absolutely quiet area and yet you can quickly reach shops, restaurants, beaches and bays. If you are looking for peace and quiet and love the original Mallorca, this is the right place for you. Our neighbors were Blau and Blanc...two super pretty and well-behaved donkey boys. The house has everything you need, even for a longer stay. Washing machine, ironing board etc. are available. We love grilling and for this reason we brought our gas grill with us, we had such lovely evenings there. Public fires and barbecue areas are not permitted. We came to Mallorca by ferry and our own car, so we were able to arrive with a barbecue and SUP, and we once again had an unforgettable time on the island. We will remember the beautiful old stone house for a long time, we would love to come back. Kerstin and Guido

See more Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Finca für max. 6 Personen. Wir waren zu viert da. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden. Wer seine Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Allerdings ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig. 2 Esel sind die einzigen direkten Nachbarn.Der Bauer kommt fast täglich vorbei zum füttern und ist sehr nett.
Very nice and quiet finca for max. 6 people. There were four of us there. Everything is available in the house. If you want to enjoy peace and quiet, this is the right place for you. However, a car is absolutely necessary. 2 donkeys are the only direct neighbors. The farmer comes by almost every day to feed and is very nice.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber nicht zu weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Möglichkeiten, um etwas zu unternehmen oder an den Strand zu gehen.
The location was very quiet but not too far from shopping and things to do or go to the beach.
La maison se trouve au fond d'une impasse au calme. De la chambre du haut l'aperçu mer est très sympa. Les extérieurs comme l'intérieur sont charmants et bien décorés. Il est très agréable de manger dehors le soir quand il fait moins chaud. La literie est assez confortable. Il manque dans la cuisine les produits de base que l'on n'emmène pas dans sa valise. Sel poivre huile vinaigre sucre. Pour la communication, l'équipe ne parle pas le français. Il faut communiquer avec la messagerie de Airbnb qui traduit les conversations. Séjour super. Merci
The house is located at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac. From the upstairs room the view of the sea is very nice. The exteriors and interiors are charming and well decorated. It is very pleasant to eat outside in the evening when it is cooler. The bedding is quite comfortable. The kitchen is missing basic products that you don't bring in your suitcase. Salt pepper oil vinegar sugar. For communication, the team does not speak French. You must communicate with Airbnb messaging which translates the conversations. Great stay. THANKS

Beautiful, very quiet finca with everything you need
Het verblijf was precies zoals omschreven in de advertentie. Prachtig, echt prachtig gelegen, precies wat we zochten. Huis was werkelijk fantastisch ingericht, met heel veel zorg, kwaliteit, oog en respect voor de omgeving en karakter van het huis. In de keuken was werkelijk alles aanwezig, slaapkamer en badkamer waren top en super comfortabel. In de woonkamer kon je heerlijk relaxen, haardje stoken (genoeg hout aanwezig in de tuin), tv kijken en nagenieten van de dag. Het terras buiten met uitzicht heeft ons hart gestolen, wat zaten we daar lekker te genieten van ons ontbijt en aperetief einde dag. De twee ezels hadden iets huiselijks en gezelligs. We hebben werkelijk geen enkel negatief puntje kunnen ontdekken. We raden dit huis echt aan, voor een ieder die houdt van rust, het Spaanse platte land, kwaliteit en respect voor de omgeving. Op 10 minuten van een mooi strand, supermarkten en startpunten voor heel veel ander moois in de omgeving. Komen gráág terug!
The stay was exactly as described in the advertisement. Beautiful, really beautifully situated, exactly what we were looking for. House was really fantastically furnished, with a lot of care, quality, attention and respect for the environment and character of the house. Everything was available in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were top notch and super comfortable. In the living room you could relax, light the fireplace (plenty of wood available in the garden), watch TV and enjoy the day. The terrace outside with a view stole our hearts, we sat there enjoying our breakfast and aperitif at the end of the day. There was something homely and cozy about the two donkeys. We really couldn't discover a single negative point. We really recommend this house to anyone who loves peace, the Spanish countryside, quality and respect for the environment. 10 minutes from a beautiful beach, supermarkets and starting points for many other beautiful things in the area. Would love to come back!
