Spacious country house for 8 people, completely restored and with spacious exteriors in Sant Jordi, Palma
The spacious exteriors of this wonderful country house are the perfect place to rest on your vacation. The porch invites to long evenings enjoying the good weather of the island or a delicious barbecue with friends. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The interior of the 2-story house surprises with the combination of the old with the new. The kitchen has been renovated keeping the traditional elements and includes a gas stove. The living - dining room preserves the traditional Majorcan character and offers a TV. A second sitting room has comfy sofas where you can meet your loved ones and another TV. Still on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms -one with AC- and two bathrooms, both with a shower. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms with AC, all with en-suite bathrooms and two of them with a sitting area. All rooms offer a double bed and one of them also has a trundle bed. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby. The house has oil central heating.

San Jordi is a neighborhood in the capital, Palma, located in the countryside and not far from the Arenal beach, which is about 13.4 km away. In the town you will always find the basic services, but Palma, not far away, has all the services and entertainment you could wish for. The property is located within the Can Vola-Vola estate of great ethnological value, where our guests can visit a variety of architectural remains that date back to the Bronze Age.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
