Welcome to this beautiful house near the sea, in Colonia de Sant Jordi. It sleeps 6 people.
This wonderful property features 2 fully equipped terraces, one small terrace at the entrance of the house and another bigger terrace with barbecue.
The house of 150 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with a single bed; and three on the 1st floor, two with double bed and one with one single bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub.
The cozy and spacious living room is equipped with one comfortable sofa, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The separate kitchen with induction, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine iron and ironing board are also available. There is an air conditioning in the hall of the 1st floor, reaching all the bedrooms.
You will be staying just 400 meters from the sea.
In Colonia de Sant Jordi, located 46.5 km from the airport, you will find all kinds of tourist services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, harmacies, banks, etc.) and different sandy beaches, such as the Dolç, harbor beach, the Marquis, Playa des Cotó or the famous beach Es Trenc that is only 6 km away. You can make a boat trip, make excursions to the island of Cabrera, listed as a natural park or visit "la salinera" where the salt is separated from the seawater. We also recommend you to visit the aquarium with all the species and marine vegetation from the area of Cabrera.

Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist schön und die Beschreibungen stimmen mit der Realität überein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bis auf eine Grundausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. ist alles vorhanden. Schade war nur, dass wir unsere Räder nicht unterstellen konnten, die standen im Freien.Aber wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus
The owner is very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and the descriptions match reality. The kitchen is very well equipped, except for the basics of salt, pepper, oil, etc. Everything is there. It was just a shame that we couldn't store our bikes, they were outside. But we are very happy with the house
See more Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer richtig guten Lage! Im Großen und Ganzen hätte alles ein bisschen liebevoller gestaltet werden können. Im Obergeschoss ist ein Balkon mit Meerblick, der sehr schön ist und such groß genug zum Karten spielen und chillen ist, aber außer zwei Plastikstühlen und einem Plastik Beistelltisch nichts beinhaltet. Auch keine Auflagen für diese Stühle oder die Sonnenliegen waren zu finden. Der Sachboden war verschlossen obwohl wir etwas mehr Platz zum Wäsche trocknen gebraucht hätten- das war schade. Der Blick wäre bestimmt auch sehr schön gewesen. Die Fotos wirken definitiv größer als die Unterkunft ist. Es ist auch alles ziemlich abgewohnt- auch das vorhandene Equipment der Küche. Wir waren aber mit zwei Kindern und dem Opa sehr gut aufgehoben. Opa hat unten sein ganz eigenes Reich. Fazit: Schöne Unterkunft die mit ein bisschen mehr Liebe und Ausstattung schöner sein kann!!!
A very nice accommodation in a really good location! Overall, everything could have been designed a little more lovingly. Upstairs there is a balcony with a sea view, which is very nice and big enough for playing cards and chilling out, but doesn't contain anything except two plastic chairs and a plastic side table. There were also no cushions for these chairs or sun loungers to be found. The floor was closed although we would have needed a little more space to dry laundry - that was a shame. The view would certainly have been very nice. The photos definitely look larger than the accommodation is. Everything is pretty shabby - including the existing kitchen equipment. But we were in very good hands with two children and grandpa. Grandpa has his own kingdom downstairs. Conclusion: Beautiful accommodation that could be nicer with a little more love and furnishings!!!

Private Parking Lot inside and outside the house, a washmaschine and a dish washer makes your life easier with a big family. Everything is available as an iron, fences etc. Normal (simple) not spectectular furniture but a good deal for a reasonable price in a absolutly quiet top location. Thank You !
