This quiet and wonderful villa in Manacor, with a private above ground pool, a beautiful garden and field views, welcomes 6 people.
This fantastic villa has very well-kept and beautiful exteriors. The garden offers a private above ground pool. It is chlorinated, sizes 7 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.30 meters. There are 6 sun loungers. Children will have fun in the playground area. There are several terraces for lunch or dinner alfresco. There is a gas barbecue at your disposal. The 7100 m2 plot is not fenced.
The house has two floors. On the main floor you find the living room, with satellite television and fireplace. In this space there is the dining room, with a large table, and the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove. The laundry offers washing machine, iron and ironing board. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms share a terrace. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A cot, a high chair and a fan are also available.
The villa is located 3 km from Manacor, on the countryside. The place is very quiet. The nearest beach is Porto Cristo, about 16 km away. La Reserva Rotana Golf Course is 3.6 km away.
Maintenance of the pool and garden is done several days a week at 6 am.
Pets are allowed only on request.
