Welcome to this beautiful, rustic country house, to enjoy tranquility, with a total capacity for 4 persons, in Llubí.
In this sustainable and rustic country house you will pass a great vacation, with family or friends. In the garden we find an elevated pool of 2,5m x 2,5m, and a depth of 1,2m, between the trees. Next to the pool, a terrace with 4 sun loungers and an umbrella, to sunbathe or slumber after a swim. There is a porch with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, to prepare a great meal or enjoy a relaxed breakfast. The terrain is fenced and there are some neighbors around.

The 120m2-house is ground floor only. We enter the living- and dining kitchen, where you will feel like at home, with the comfortable and simple furniture: a sofa and an arm chair, satellite TV and wifi. The dining area counts with a table for 4 and the kitchenette counts with a gas stovetop, an electric oven and all necessary utensils to cook during your stay. In the two bedrooms, this rustic, comfortable style continues. One of them counts with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have a wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom counts with a shower. There is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board and, on request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

The house is situated in a rural area, where you will enjoy the mallorcan countryside in peace. The village of Llubí is well connected with the rest of the island. An easy hike takes you to the Hermitage of Llubí, where you can enjoy your lunch at the picnic tables. Llubí also offers the Sant Feliu church and its’ Tuesday market. You might also want to visit the Beekeeping museum (Museo de Apicultura). The nearest beach is Can Picafort, with its fine sandy beach and crystalline waters. In Inca and Sineu, at 7km from the house, you will find all kinds of services, like restaurants, bars, bigger supermarkets and a hospital.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
