This wonderful chalet, located only 300 metres from the beach in Son Serra de Marina and with a great terrace, welcomes 6 guests.
The beautiful and cosy terrace, perfectly furnished, is great to enjoy relaxing moments. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning so you have the right energy to spend the day at the beach, which is only a short walk away. When you come back, you can wash off the salt under the exterior shower and enjoy the sunset on the exterior sofa with a glass of wine and welcome the evening with a delicious barbecue.

The living-dining room -with AC- is perfect to enjoy your meals all together and to rest while watching the TV-sat. The renewed kitchen features and induction top and everything you need to cook. The washing machine also is here and there is an iron and an ironing board. The house offers three bedrooms where you can rest, the three of them with a closet and exit to the terrace or to a balcony. Two of them have a double bed and the last one has a trunk bed. A baby cot and a high chair are available. Finally, a shower bathroom completes the accommodation.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet coastal area inhabited mainly by locals. It's the perfect destiny if you love the sea and the peace. The rocky and sandy beach is only 300 metres away. The area offers the basic services like restaurants, bars and some grocery shop. If you need more services you can visit Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia.
