“That would be nice if starter pack of household items is bigger. E.g. some dishwasher and washing machine tabs, soap etc. At the end of the day for a longer stay people need to buy some anyway, but it is always good to have something right after arrival. We got a bunch of unlabelled keys and we needed to figure out ourselves how to open the main door. It was tricky because the proper key was hardly rotating. On the next day we we raised the issue to the owner and it was solved quickly. Please consider adding an additional key for your guests, this is really helpful sometimes. Additionally the bunch of keys you provided seems just too big, I think we only used the one to the main door. Maybe a small one but important was the kettle that was not always working properly. We also had some issues with electricity in the kitchen (dishwasher and the sockets not working). Some possible improvments here as well. The door to the bedroom with bathroom was very noise. Normally it would not be an issue, but when having a little kid sleeping in the room it is. At the end of the day we really enjoyed the stay, but those small suggestion can possibly improve your service :) Thanks, Tomasz”

Fantastic 3 storey house located in a beautiful residential area with shared pool in Playa de Gandía, where 7 - 9 guests can be accommodated.
In this wonderful complex, you can choose every vacation morning whether you spend the day swimming in the shared pool or in the sea, since the beach is just 400 metres away. No doubt, you will enjoy the day sunbathing on the sand but the facilities in the urbanisation will delight you because they include a tennis court and the pool. It sizes 18 x 9 metres and its depth goes from 1 to 1.90 metres. It is surrounded by a large lawn area for the little ones to play, for instance.
The house presents up to 3 terraces, and two of them are perfectly furnished to take a tea or have lunch all together and enjoy the barbecued meat and vegetables. When you enter the house, you find the air-conditioned living-dining room with a TV set. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, there is a toilet on this floor. Going upstairs you reach the 1st floor where you will fins a shower bathroom and tres bedrooms. One has a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms com with a trundle bed each. The extra guests can sleep on the pull-out beds of these rooms.There is a 4th bedroom on the second floor, with a double and a single bed. All bedrooms come with a closet and air-conditioning. In addition, we can provide with 3 fans, a cot and a high chair.
This area of Playa de Gandía is the perfect place if you feel like a lively stay, both during the day and at night. In fact, there is a great atmosphere at night since this is the area of pubs. During the day, you can do some shopping and have lunch in a restaurant to taste the traditional and popular "paella" while admiring the beauty of the Mediterranean sea.

3 guests reviewed this property. “We spent 11 nights a this place with 3 families: 6 adults and 5 kids (4m, 1y, 3y, 4y and 6y) ath the turn of may and june. Had a great weather and enjoyable stay. The house has great location in Gandia Playa, just a 5 minutes walk from beautiful and well maintained beach. The neighbourhood is quiet except for the weekends when you can hear people partying around. The house has a beautiful garaden and nice pool, we were surprised how good it is maintained and used it a lot during our stay. This garden is shared but there were just several other people using it. You can say it is almost empty in this part of the town, probably in high season it changes. There is a lot of parking spots at the street, most of them were empty. We were checking in late in the night. It was possible with using a keybox located nearby and free of charge. We really enjoyed that each room has a separate AC unit, the Wi-Fi also worked well. The TV is not cutting edge but we had a chromecast so it was fine. The owner prepared a travel baby cot and two baby seats for us, thanks for this! There were some issues with the main door lock and electricity but were quickly resolved by the owner. The communication was also very fast. Thanks Villafinca, we really liked the stay!”
See more Gut und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus. Genug Platz. Gute Aufteilung der Zimmer mit 3 Balkonen und ein Sitzplatz. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Das Zimmer zur Strasse ist etwas laut da oft Verkehr bis spät in der Nacht.
