This nice accommodation is located in Colonia de Sant Pere and offers a second home to 6 guests.
With a size of 110 m2, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one with a double bed and 2 with single beds. The room with the double bed offers you lovely views to the mountains. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabin, one of them en suite.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Step outside to the spacious terrace, have a pleasant dinner or just bask in the sun on one of the 3 sun loungers. The terrace measures 25m2, the same size like the adjoining porch. Pass your free time on the cozy sofa in the tastefully decorated living room reading a good book or taking a nap. The entrance hall counts with 2 more sofas. The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Pets are on request, please ask before and keep in mind that there are no animals allowed inside the house. There is no private parking, but you could park for free in close to the house on the side roads.
Colònia St. Pere, an old fishing village, offers you a few good restaurants, a tiny supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants. In the zone you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas. The closest one is the sand/rocky beach of Colònia St. Pere, only 250 meters away from the apartment. Lots of bays and beaches for every taste and mood are waiting to be explored: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjan, Cala Torta, S’Aigua Dolça are just a few beaches (rocky and sandy) in the zone.

A nice townhouse with a nice terrace and garden. All we needed for a two week holiday was the house. Close to shops, close to the sea. Everything very fine.
Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang durch das Eigentümerpaar und haben uns in dem Haus und dem Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles im Ort ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Kurztrip. Die Kommunikation mit Homerti war unproblematisch, es wurde immer schnell reagiert.
We had a very warm welcome from the owner couple and felt very comfortable in the house and the garden. Everything in town is within walking distance, we had a very relaxing short trip. Communication with Homerti was unproblematic and the response was always quick.

También tenía cerveza fresquita y agua en la nevera, cosas tan indispensables cuando llegas de un viaje un poco largo.Igualmente nos ha dado consejos para movernos por la isla y ha resuelto cualquier duda que hemos tenido inmediatamente.
Everything has gone great. The house is great, Jaume, the owner, has been charming. He has everything very well organized, he welcomed us even though we arrived late. I also had cold beer and water in the fridge, such essential things when you arrive from a long trip. He has also given us advice on getting around the island and has resolved any questions we had immediately.

- Горячая вода из бойлера, объём которого маловат для такого такого дома. Нужно сильно экономить горячую воду, чтобы все 6 человек смогли помыться с головой после моря. Слишком хорошая слышимость вокруг- слышно любой ремонт в округе и разговоры людей. Но это особенности местности, там слишком тихо вечерами и ночами. + Очень чистое, приятное место. Хозяин очень гостеприимный, доброжелательный. Ждал нас сколько нужно без проблем из-за задержки в аэропорту. Встретил улыбкой и пирогом. На столе нас ждали свежие фрукты, а в холодильнике вино, пиво, вода. Все подробно рассказал. Дом очень интересный, в местных традициях. Сам дом двухэтажный, но сдаётся только первый этаж. Отличный внутренний двор с садом и барбекю. Много разнообразной посуды, большой холодильник. Отличный интерьер.

But these are the characteristics of the area; it is too quiet there in the evenings and at night. + Very clean, pleasant place. The owner is very hospitable and friendly. He waited for us as long as necessary without any problems due to delays at the airport. Greeted with a smile and a pie. There was fresh fruit waiting for us on the table, and wine, beer, and water in the refrigerator. He explained everything in detail. The house is very interesting, in local traditions. The house itself is two-story, but only the first floor is for rent. Great courtyard with garden and barbecue. Lots of different dishes, large refrigerator. Great interior.
