Lovely house with furnished terraces, at 200m from the sea, in Son Serra de Marina.
The terraces of this house invite you to relax, either on the ground floor or on the first floor. There is a mobile barbecue, to prepare delicious outdoor dinners. The first floor terrace counts with sea view. There are direct neighbors.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living- and dining room, with a sofa, three relaxing chairs, satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi and a dining table for 4 persons. The independent kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob, an electric oven and all necessary utensils to prepare tasteful dishes during your stay. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, there is one guestroom. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace, while the other bedroom counts with two single beds. Both are equipped with a wardrobe.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet urbanisation, with some basic services like a small supermarket and a restaurant. The house is situated at 200m from the sea and 1 km from the beach, from where you can walk all the way to Can Picafort (Son Bauló). The beach is a natural and protected beach of about 3km, with fine, white sand and rocks. There even is a nudist beach. Halfway, you can visit the old necropolis (funerary constructions of the 7th century) on the beach. From this point, there are several paths leading landwards to the museum of Son Real. In Can Picafort, at 9km from the house, you will find some bigger supermarkets and all kinds of shops, restaurants and touristic services.
