This beautiful villa with sea views, situated in front of the sea in Cala Mandia, in the east of Mallorca, offers a large garden, terraces and a home for 8 guests.
You will enjoy a unique privilege, since from the garden you have direct access to the beach. So you can just pass from the beach to the garden, take a refreshing shower, have a barbecue with friends and return to the beach. A breakfast on the porch accompanied by the spectacular sea views is an unforgettable experience. This villa is located in a quiet urbanization, it is fenced and, there are direct neighbors.

The interior of the house feature a clear, Mediterranean style with bright rooms and all amenities such as satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board. From the porch you enter directly to the living room with wood stove and to the kitchen; So you can cook while the cool sea breeze enters the room. Offering all the necessary utensils, a gas hob and dishwasher, it is the favorite place of all chefs. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed as well as a bathroom with shower and bidet.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, two of them with a double bed as well as access to a terrace and one with two single beds. All three have a closet. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub. For our younger guests we can prepare a cot and a highchair.

The cove is formed by three beaches, Cala Mendia, Cala Anguila and Estany d'en Mas, all of fine sand and with services such as restaurants, shops and bars. If you like walking, you can reach Cala Varques, a natural beach only accessible by foot. Vall d'Or golf course is 17 km away and Manacor, a town with many shops, supermarkets and restaurants, is a 15-minute drive away. The Caves of the Drach with its famous underground lake are recommended for a family visit.
