Set in the centre of Puerto de Sóller, in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains, this lovely town house welcomes 4 guests.
A breakfast on the spacious terrace with orange trees and views to a green hill is a leisurely affair. Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the two loungers or having a nice barbecue underneath the starry sky. This nice house is in the middle of Puerto de Sóller and has direct neighbours.

The terrace gives access to a cosy dining room with wooden oven, for cold autumn nights. A living area with satellite television is nice for reading a good book or having a nap. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you may need during our holidays, including a gas hob. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found on the terrace. Two double bedrooms offer a fan and an electric radiator and are decorated in a simple way. A bathroom counts with a bathtub and a second has a shower. One cot and one high chair can be supplied on request.

Puerto de Sóller is a coastal town in the West of Mallorca, offering a sand beach, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The old tram goes to Sóller, famous for its parroquial church and the lively main square. The surroundings are nice for hiking and cycling for example from Sóller to the lighthouse Cap Gros or towards Biniaraix. In Sóller you should try the prawns and the fresh orange juice from local fruits. There's a panoramic train going from Sóller to Palma de Mallorca. The beach of Puerto de Sóller is about 300 meters away. Take your car, drive around and explore the mountains, visiting green valleys and small bays like Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra, Llucalcari or Cala Deià, mostly characterized by crystalline waters.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
