Summer chalet 300 metres away from Cala Mondragó, in the south-eastern Majorca. It welcomes 8 guests.

You will spend an authentic Majorcan holiday here, very near to the sandy beach and with a great outside area. The spacious terrace is the ideal place to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, to prepare a barbecue and to enjoy the company of your loved ones. There is a furnished porch to have breakfast and rest after a day full of activities. The property is fenced, and there are neighbours nearby, since it is located within a village.

The rooms are featured in two floors and have a simple but comfortable decoration. The living - dining room invites 8 people to sit around the table and share great moments. The kitchen presents a gas hob and some utensils to cook simple dishes. The laundry is independent and it includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

There are three bedrooms with two single beds each and another one with a double bed. All include a wardrobe and invite to rest. One of the two single beds bedroom is on the first floor, as well as a bathtub bath. The other two bathrooms, one with a bath and bidet and the other with a shower, are on the ground floor. A cot and a high chair are available under request.

The property is located within a privileged environment, a few metres away from the so called Cala s’Armador which belongs to the Natural Park of Cala Mondragó. You can also spend a day in Cala de’n Borgit, a natural and hidden cove. The nearest village is Portopetro, a romantic spot mainly inhabited by fishermen. In Cala d’Or you will find more services and leisure activities, as well as some sandy beaches. In Santanyí, a village more or less 11 km away, you can taste the Majorcan traditional food in one of the resturants.
