Spacious house with 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 kitchens and grill. Well equipped kitchens. 2 terraces - though the sunny one was hard to use due to noise from the road. Missed 'beach chairs' to relax. The above owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves. Close to as well wonderful beach as well as lake. Good supermarket close by.

Cozy house for 6 people in a quiet urbanization in Puerto de Alcúdia, only 200 meters from the sea.
Enjoy an exquisite meal prepared on the barbecue or grill on the large porch, located next to a huge outdoor kitchen! In addition, about 150 m2 of terrace surround the house, where you can also find some ideal spaces to relax. The garden offers also a small area of lawn where the children can play. There are some fruit trees like a lemon tree and two fig trees, which offer their fruits according to the season. There are next-door neighbors.
The house has a large and comfortable living room with air conditioning, which invites you to stay and watch a movie on DVD or satellite TV. The dining area is open to the salon and counts with a dining table for up to 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic sotve top and is very functional, as it has direct access to the outside area. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; and another two with two single beds each. For children, we can provide two high chairs and a cot. Two other bathrooms with bath or shower serve to the rest of the house. For the hottest months, two fans are available.
If you like adventure, this area is full of wonderful places to make excursions and trips. Visit Pollença, the ancient Roman city; La Victoria where you will find some beautiful rocky cliffs, or the fascinating natural park of S'Albufera. The viewpoint of the Cap de Formentor will leave you completely amazed.
If you want to spend a long day on the beach, the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is one of the best beaches on the island, with its fine white sand and crystal clear waters. It has between 10 and 12 km of coastline making it perfect for water sports.

Zentral am Meer gelegenes Haus. Allerdings direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, daher zeitweise sehr laut. Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlen Liegestühle, was im Sommer vielleicht schön wäre. Sehr feundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der direkt über der Wohnung wohnt und somit immer ansprechbar ist. Er spricht zwar nur spanisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es immer ;-) Unser Hund war sehr willkommen und fühlte sich auch sehr wohl.Liegestühle wären gut, Sauberkeit Küche beachten. Sonst war alles top, vor allem frische Bettwäsche und genügend frische Handtücher
