Beautiful independent chalet, located 850 meters from the beach of Puerto de Alcudia, welcoming 6 guests.
The outside area of this chalet offers several zones to enjoy the good weather. You can organise delicious barbecues with your loved ones at the exterior dining area, read a book lying on the sunbed or have a drink at the porch in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

This is a two-storey house. When you enter the ground floor from the porch you find a spacious and luminous living - dining room where you can lunch together and, then, watch satellite TV or rest. A bar with stools separates this space from the kitchen which is well equipped and offers a gas hob, an oven and a dishwasher among others. the laundry area is independent and it counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning and a closet. The two first bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The third bedroom is upstairs and it has a double bed. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair under request. A bathtub bathroom on the ground floor and a shower bathroom upstairs complete the accommodation.

Puerto de Alcudia is one of the best coast places on the island. Countless bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more, are completely accessible on foot. The beach with fine sand and transparent waters is ideal for water sports or going with children. We recommend you to visit the walled town of Alcúdia and its traditional market every Tuesday and Sunday.

The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
