Fantastic chalet located in Can Picafort, only 500 metres away from the beach, where 7 guests can be accommodated.
Do you feel like an energising breakfast at the terrace before going to the beach? Or maybe you prefer to prepare a barbecued meal in the evening? This house is surrounded by a great terrace, perfectly furnished in each corner, so that you can make all that and much more, like for instance, sunbathing on the sun loungers or reading a book under the sun shade. The entrance armchairs also invite to relax admiring the peace while people walk along the street.

Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and large windows for a perfect luminosity. The kitchen is independent and equipped with a gas stove, and it has direct access to the terrace so that you can taste your delicious dishes outdoors in just a few steps. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, an irona and an ironing board. On this main ground you will find a double bed bedroom with an en-suite bathtub bathroom. Going upstairs there is another bathtub bathroom and three more bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two twin beds and the last one with one single bed. Some of the rooms on this floor also offer sea views. A cot and a high chair also are available. You will find another shower bathroom on the basement. We can provide up to three fans if required, and for the colder months the house is equipped with electric radiators.

Can Picafort is located in a coastal area, mostly touristic in the summer season, and with all services you may need. Its beach, only a few minutes walk, comes with a fine white sand and clean water, perfect for water sports, due to its large size. We recommend you to visit the Natural Park of Albufera for a nice walk after tasting a delicious and traditional paella in a restaurant in front of the sea. A more lively area is not far away in Puerto de Alcúdia, and you will enjoy a spectacular golf course in Alcanada.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
