Fantastic house, for 7 people, 1 km away from Porto Colom beach.
This wonderful house offers three terraces. In the main terrace you can have breakfast or relax in the evening. Another terrace invites you to have an appetiser and refresh in the small inflatable pool or in the outdoor shower. The upper terrace, with sea views, is perfect for sunbathing on the 3 loungers. Children can play in the garden area. Please note that the plot is not completely fenced, as some areas are separated only by trees.

The house has 3 floors. On the main floor you will find the living room, with TV-SAT and air conditioning; the kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob; a bedroom with a single bed and a wood stove; and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a closet, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the 2nd floor there is the last bedroom with a double bed, a closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. There is a baby cot and a high chair and also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is located in the coastal area of Porto Colom, just 1 km away from the beach. In addition, there are many other beaches to visit in the area. The Vall D'Or golf course is only 3.8 km away.

There is a parking for 2 cars on the property.
The holding of events is prohibited.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
