Offering marvellous views over the village and the mountains, this chalet in Port de Sóller is ideal for up to 9 persons.
From the terrace you can see the most beautiful sunsets, accompanied by your loved ones, enjoying a dinner together or some late evening chatting.

The 2-storey house counts with a well-equipped kitchen: electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, and all other utensils for the cooking enthusiasts. The homely living- and dining room invites for relaxing on the couch, watching a movie on satellite TV, or some evening chatting in front of the fireplace. It counts with air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your needs. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a bunk bed for three persons (a individual bed upstairs and a double bed downstairs), air conditioning and a wardrobe. There is a toilet. Of course, you dispose of a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

On the basement floor (-1), there are three more bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe: one with a bunk bed and two with a double bed each. On request, we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair. There, you will also find a bath room with a bath tub. The whole house is equipped with central heating, which makes it ideal also for the colder days.

Situated in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range, Port de Sóller, with its' sandy beach, is like an oasis in a dream. In the center of the village, you will find a grocery store, restaurants and all kinds of services you might need during your holiday. The situation between the sea and the mountains, offers this location all kinds of activities, like sailing, hiking, climbing and cycling.
Sóller is definitely worth a visit. The emblematic church of Sant Bartomeu, from the year 1236, is one of the may things to visit. You will find all kinds of shops and restaurants, to taste the typical dishes with fresh gambas. Or you might want to explore any of the beautiful hiking tracks to the romantic villages of Deià, Fornalutx or Biniaraix. Palma is easy to reach, as well as the coves of Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
