This beautiful summer house with garden is located in Sa Rapita, near Es Trenc, and provides a second home for 8 guests.
There is an outside shower to cool down at any time or you can use the outside shower after a long day at the beach. If you fancy cooking outside, there is a barbecue. In the garden you will find a lot of nice spots to have dinner outside or just to relax with your favourite book. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors next door.

The entrance of the porch gives access to a cozy living room with satellite TV and a fireplace. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a banquet, including a vitro hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Located on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with double bed, fan and closet and aswell a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with both one bed, each of them has their own terrace. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and all of the bedrooms have a fan and a closet. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower.When you travel with a baby, we can prepare you a baby bed and a highchair.

Sa Rápita is well known for its beautiful beach with lovely, fine grained sand and for its crystalline waters and white sand. It i a natural paradise and in the surroundings there are other very nice beaches like Es Trenc and Cala Pi. On the beach of Es Trenc you will find a few bars by the sea and sometimes there is live music to enjoy authentic summer evenings. In the village of Sa Rapita you will find a grocery store, cafes and good restaurants, where to eat overlooking the Mediterranean.

The fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi is perfect for fresh seafood dinner, and if you prefer accompanied by a good island wine. From the port and only during the summer excursion boats depart to the island of Cabrera, a magical place and only inhabited by local fauna and flora daily.
