Welcome to this modern chalet, for 6 guests, in front of the paradisiacal Playa de Muro beach.
The garden of this chalet is absolutely incredible. It offers spectacular mountain and sea views, apart from having direct access to the beach, whose waters are totally idyllic. Just relax sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, over the lawn or on the upper terrace, before going to the beach just crossing the garden and the dunes. On the way back home, the furnished porch turns into the perfect stage to have a tasty meal or even to spend an incomparable evening admiring previously the sunset.

This two-storey modern style house boasts a living-dining room that is the rest place while watching TV (satellite channels and Smart-TV) after eating all together. As well as that stay, there is an induction hob kitchen. In addition, the accommodation also features a laundry room which is provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. This floor is completed with a toilet and a two joined single bed dormitory with space to allocate a cot and high-chair as well as a shower en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a hydromassage bathtub. The other dormitory has two single beds. In terms of bedrooms, two of them have wardrobe, but all have terrace. The upper floor is completed with a shower bathroom. The house is equipped with ducted air-conditioning.

Playa de Muro is a quiet area in the Northern Mallorca which stands out due to its fine sandy beach and clean waters. The beach extends several kilometres, joining the villages of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia. You will find some "chiringuitos" or beach bars along the beach and you can have a long walk through the dunes - a natural space of great beauty. Not only in Can Picafort but also in Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants as well as a great leisure offer.

Note: This renting does not accept guests under 25 years, except when they travel with their parents. We do need ID copies of each person in order to be able to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
