We had a really pleasant stay in this house. The house is well located, not too far from the beaches and not too far from the mountains. Buger is a nice village where you can find everything you need (10min walk from the house). The house itself is nice as well, everything you need is inside. Even a high chair and a baby cot were provided for us as we came with one baby. The house was also very clean. Again, it's a very good place to go to spend holidays in the sun, not in surrounded places! I recommend it!

Welcome to this beautiful villa located in the north of Mallorca, near Búger. It is the perfect choice for groups of friends or families who look for a relaxing holiday in the countryside.
The house has 150 m2, a room with 2 single beds, and another one with a double bed and a loft with a sofa bed. Both bedrooms have AC. There are two shower rooms.
The villa has a very pleasant environment. You can relax in the spacious living room, watch satellite TV, a DVD or surf the Internet. The dining area has a table and chairs for all guests; and the kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, coffee machine, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, fridge and a lot more. In the house you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The outdoor is very rustic and natural. Go outside and organize a BBQ with your friends, swim in the pool or relax in the terrace. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people. Next to the 7 x 3 meter large pool there is an area with sun beds, so you can relax and enjoy the good weather. The whole plot has 4500 m2 with almond, orange and other fruit trees. Mediterranean
The house doesn’t have direct neighbours and its facilities are totally private. Pets are allowed but please ask before. There is uncovered space in the plot to park at least 3 cars.
The house is 600 meters away from the village of Búger and 4.5 km from Sa Pobla, where you will find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarkets, surgery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The charming village of Pollença deserves a visit: stroll down its cobbled streets, buy in the lovely shops or climb the 365 steps to El Calvari, a little chapel at the top of a hill from where you will be able to admire a stunning panoramic of Alcúdia Bay.
In just 20 minutes drive you can get to the beaches of Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. There you can spend a lovely day on the beach and finish it having a cocktail in one of the bars of the promenade in Can Picafort.
In the house you will have a rustic style holiday in one of the nicest areas of Mallorca.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Mi familia ( mi marido, dos niñas de 2 y 5 años y yo) hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Villa Violí. La casa es muy acogedora y agradable. Con un salón y habitaciones amplias. Pero lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido el jardín y la piscina. Las niñas han disfrutado la casa de juguete, los columpios y el espacio. La piscina en altura con un solo punto de acceso nos permitía tener un mejor control para evitar accidentes con la pequeña. La casa estaba impecable, y muy completa. No es habitual encontrar en las casas de alquiler una cocina tan completa, lo que nos fue muy cómodo. El Pack de bienvenida de fruta, galletitas, unas cervezas y agua fresca fue todo un detalle. La ubicación en medio de la isla, no un sitio tranquilo y aislado era lo que queríamos, pues nos permitió recorrer diferentes lugares y playas. Lo mejor es la limpieza, la comodidad, el jardin, el espacio y lo acogedora que es la casa. El Pack de bienvenida era todo un detalle que nos encantó. La hora de salida es a las 10 am, un poco temprano, implica madrugar para arreglar todo. También sugeriría una puerta para la piscina.

Viajo con una niña de 2 años y otra de 5 y tener una cocina tan completa en cuanto a material es realmente de agradecer. Y por supuesto ellas están disfrutando con la piscina, el jardin, la casita de juguete y los columpios.
