Fantastic two storey village house, located in the quiet residential area of Son Bieló, belonging to the municipality of Llucmajor, where 8 people find their second home near the beach.
The outside of this house is very charming. the back side of the house features a wonderful and sunny patio which is the perfect place to cook delicious barbecues outdoors to enjoy with your family. If you are travelling with children, they can run and play while you relax and sunbathe on the two sun loungers. Reaching the house, the furnished porch invited to chill out, the perfect place to chat or to read a book in peace.

When you enter the house, there is a great living - dining room with air-conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen, with a gas stove, has room to take an appetiser while cooking, and direct exit to a second porch perfectly furnished where you can sit and directly enjoy your best recipes. You will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two bedrooms - both with two twin beds and a closet - and a bathtub bathroom complete this main floor. Going upstairs, you will find another two bedrooms which are air-conditioned, and with a closet and a double bed each. There is also a shower bathroom. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Son Bieló is a quiet residential area located in the south of Mallorca, very close to three dreamy beaches like Sa Ràpita or the paradisaical beach of Es Trenc, both white sandy beaches with crystalline waters. Es Trens, just 3 km away, is a beach backed by the protected and beautiful dunes. The light house of Estalella guards the coast and can be reached through a path. You can visit the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi where fresh seafood lovers will be delighted. We recommend you to visit the Aquarium de Cabrera or the beautiful port. Boat excursions to island of Cabrera are offered during the summer, an inhabited island and home of many species of lizards.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
