Information about Voramar
This is a wonderful house for 5 people just by the sea with an amazing viewpoint to Pollença Bay. Sa Marina, a quiet and beautiful beach, is just in front of the house!
The front terrace is usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. The house has a well furnished living room and a fully furnished kitchen with all the equipment you might need during your holiday. At the rear of the house there is a little patio where you will find the laundry area and a barbeque. The house has satellite TV and WIFI.
The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. There are three cozy bedrooms. The first comes with a double bed, closet, fan, skylight and a window to the kitchen. The second bedroom has a skylight (no window) and is fitted with a double bed, fan and closet. The third room with two twin beds has a window to the patio. There are two bathrooms with shower (no window but an extractor fan).
The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it.
From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall. This is a perfect place to visit the north of Mallorca, as you will find gorgeous sites nearby: Formentor and the surrounding coves, Alcudia beach and the charming towns of Pollença and Alcudia. Without doubt, this house will make your holiday an unforgettable experience! We hope you enjoy it!

Nous devons tout acheter (épices, café, produits ménager..) même pour un petit sejour. Les hôtes sont plus que réactifs, bienveillants et ont su répondre à toutes nos questions, Une adresse à garder pour un prochain séjour !!
The accommodation is a haven of peace, very relaxing, calm Small downside because the kitchen is empty. We have to buy everything (spices, coffee, household products, etc.) even for a short stay. The hosts are more than responsive, kind and were able to answer all our questions. An address to keep for a future stay!!

Reihenhaus direkt vor Pollencas Bucht mit tollem Panorama Blick. Die Gegend ist ruhig und im Mai kaum Touristen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig. Paar Abstriche: Das Haus ist ein einzig langer Flur mit seitlichen Räumen. Das wird weder auf Bildern noch in der Beschreibung wirklich verdeutlicht. Die Betten sind okay, die Kissen haben jedoch teilweise Schweisflecken und könnten getauscht werden. In der Küche gab es Ameisen, die sich hinter den Fliesen eingenistet haben und täglich entfernt wurden. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig und die Türen knarzen und quitschen, was in der Nacht spätestens auffällt. Für Augenrollen sorgt die "Lamelentür" des Badezimmers, Geruch und Geräusche für jedermann? Im Großen und Ganzen eine einfache Unterkunft, bei der man eher weniger wie zuviel Erwartungen haben darf. Die Lage reizt schon mehr.
Terraced house right in front of Pollenca's bay with great panoramic views. The area is quiet and there are hardly any tourists in May. The furnishings of the house are functional. A few drawbacks: The house is one long hallway with rooms on the sides. This is not really made clear in the pictures or the description. The beds are okay, but some of the pillows have sweat stains and could be replaced. There were ants in the kitchen that had nested behind the tiles and were removed daily. The house is quite noisy and the doors creak and squeak, which is noticeable at night at the latest. The “louvered door” of the bathroom causes eye rolls, smells and noises for everyone? On the whole, a simple accommodation where you can have too few or too many expectations. The location is more attractive.

The house was the perfect stay for our cycling holiday. We had lots of space and the kitchen was really well stocked. Also it’s directly at the beach, therefore the view is amazing!

Location perfect for a cycling holiday... the old town of Alcudia is within walking distance! It was a great week that we were able to spend here.
Es gibt keine bessere Lage. Das Haus ist einfach, aber funktional. Einige Dinge könnten mal erneuert werden, z. B. Haustür oder Dachfenster. Aber alles in allem perfekte Lage und top Preis-Leistung
There is no better location. The house is simple but functional. Some things could be renewed, e.g. E.g. front door or skylight. But all in all, perfect location and top value for money

Fantásticas vistas desde la terraza. Muy recomendable. Aunq la zona está un poco apartada y la playa no es muy buena, la tranquilidad del lugar, la comodidad y las vistas lo suplen sobradamente.
Fantastic views from the terrace. Highly recommended. Although the area is a bit remote and the beach is not very good, the tranquility of the place, the comfort and the views more than make up for it.

See more Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die etwas fernab vom Trubel entspannen möchten. Man hört hier kaum deutsch. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Meer, das über einen steinigen Strand erreichbar ist, Badelatschen sind hier nützlich. Das Meer ist hier super sauber, null überlaufen und relativ flach. Auf der Terasse kann man auf das Meer blickend den Sonnenauf- als auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und hält alles bereit, was man für die Zeit dort braucht, inkl Backofen und Waschmaschine. Vom Flughafen braucht man weniger als 1,5 h zur Unterkunft. Es ist erstmals nicht ganz einfach sie zu finden. Im Wendehammer einer Sackgasse muss man weiter am Strand entlang nach rechts gehen, dort findet man sie nach ca 50m. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle 5 Min von der Unterkunft, von wo aus man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die wunderschöne Altstadt von Alcudia erreicht. Fußläufig wären das 25 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und empfehlen sie an alle weiter, die auf der Suche nach etwas Ruhe direkt am Meer sind!
The accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to relax a little away from the hustle and bustle. You hardly hear any German here. The accommodation is right on the sea, which is accessible via a rocky beach, flip-flops are useful here. The sea here is super clean, uncrowded and relatively shallow. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset overlooking the sea. The accommodation was super clean and has everything you need for your time there, including an oven and washing machine. It takes less than 1.5 hours to get to the accommodation from the airport. It's not easy to find them for the first time. In the turning hammer of a dead end you have to continue along the beach to the right, you will find it there after about 50m. There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the accommodation, from where you can reach the nearest shops, restaurants and the beautiful old town of Alcudia within a few minutes. That would be 25 minutes on foot. We were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet right by the sea!
See more Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und hat eine Veranda mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Bei zuviel Wind kann man sich auch in den Patio verkriechen. Wir waren offensichtlich die ersten Besucher in dieser Saison und die Gastgeben haben uns mit guten Tipps versorgt. Wir können dieses Angebot absolut empfehlen.
The house is right on the sea and has a veranda with a beautiful view. If there is too much wind, you can also hide in the patio. We were obviously the first visitors this season and the hosts provided us with good tips. We can absolutely recommend this offer.

Absolutly awesome!!! We had such a great time in can quet. The sound of the waves at everytime of the day is so relaxing. You get everything you need and a great bottle of wine was waiting for us. Need a car, but it is very easy to drive in Mallorca and everything is well indicated. Nice beach and quiet neighboor(except for a cute little dog). We enjoyed our coffee with a cute little kitty and an awesome view. Everything was perfect.

See more Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da was man zum leben braucht. Anfahrt war etwas kompliziert, da man ein Durchfahrt Verboten Schild zum Strand ignorieren muss, das war aber das einzige Problem. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft, der Strand ist nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt, dunkler Sand und ganz flach abfallender Strand. Selbst nach etlichen Metern noch knie- bis hüfttiefes klares Wasser. Das Haus liegt Richtung NW, das heisst es war ( Oktober) nicht direkt Sonne im Haus, da aber der Innenhof wunderbar warm wurde hat das nicht gestört. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
The holiday home is tastefully furnished and has everything you need to live. Getting there was a bit complicated as you had to ignore a no entry sign to the beach, but that was the only problem. The location right on the beach is fantastic, the beach is only a few meters away from the house, dark sand and a very gently sloping beach. Even after several meters there was still knee- to waist-deep clear water. The house is facing NW, which means there was no direct sun in the house (October), but since the inner courtyard was wonderfully warm, that didn't bother us. Definitely recommended.
