This great house with private pool and garden, on the outskirts of Muro, is the second home for 4 guests.
The exterior area of this finca is absolutely wonderful. The modern building is surrounded by the mountains and a beautiful lawn also around the amazing salt water private pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.6 metres. After swimming and sunbathing on the 4 sun loungers, you can cool down under the spray of the exterior shower and then enjoy a delicious barbecue alfresco. The porch is perfect to enjoy succulent recipes and a drink afterwards.

Inside, the modern, airy and warm spaces will surprise you. The main room comprises the kitchen with the living and the dining areas. You will find an induction cooktop, and island with stools, a large dining table and a comfortable sofa where you can watch the TV-sat, a DVD film or listen to some music. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and even a safe. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, AC and closet each. One of them also has an en-suite shower bathroom and there is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. A baby cot and a high chair also are available.

Muro is a village at the centre-north area of the island, surrounded by woods and very quiet. You will find everything you need in the centre, like supermarkets, a petrol station, and very nice restaurants. Every Sunday you can buy fresh local products at the market. You are about 9.5 m away from the north coast that boasts dream-like beaches like Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. If you like playing golf, the course of Alcanada, in front of the sea, is only 21 km away.
