Set in the urbanisation of Palmanyola, this nice villa with private pool is near Palma de Mallorca and the Tramuntana Mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people.
The property has two entrances, one guides you to the pool, the barbecue and the small gym and the second to the house, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. The distance between the house and the pool is more ore less 60 metres.

The 7m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 2m is surrounded by a nice terrace with BBQ, porch and four sun loungers. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun, reading a good book or having some drinks with your loved ones. If you fancy practising sports during your holiday, there's a small gym.

The house is comprised of a modern sitting-dining room with A/C, a small but well equipped kitchen with gas hob, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. If you travel with three or four people, we can prepare the sofas in the living room as a sleeping facility for two people. This room has direct access to a romantic terrace where you can have a glass of wine in the evening, contemplating the landscape. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. For the winter you'll find two electric radiators in the house.

The urbanisation of Palmanyola is a good starting point for culture visits and excursions through the mountains. On the one hand, you will be able to make nice mountain trips, maybe visiting the picturesque towns of Valldemossa, Sóller or Deià and on the other hand, you can enjoy a great offer of culture, leisure and shopping facilities in Palma. The islands' capital is famous for the La Seu Cathedral, the romantic old town, the Bellver Castle, museums, arts galleries, national and international restaurants.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
