The wonderful chlorine pool with irregular shape is, no doubt, your best ally for a great vacation. It sizes 7 x 3 metres and its depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.80 metres. Around the pool, you can spread the towels to sunbathe for a while while the little ones enjoy the water. The house also offers a cosy furnished terrace where you can enjoy the good weather as well as meals outdoors, maybe even a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The comfortable accommodation has two floors and features a timeless and functional style, with all comforts for a perfect stay. The luminous and spacious living-dining room offers a comfortable sofa to sit for a while and watch TV while you cool down with the air-conditioning. The dining table has room for 8 people. The spacious and modern kitchen presents large countertops to cook and lots of cabinets as well as a ceramic hob, microwave or dishwasher. You will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The ground floor also features the first of the bathrooms, with a shower. When it is time to go to bed, the house offers 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of them are on the ground floor, the three of them with two twin beds and a closet. The last bedroom is located upstairs and it has a double bed, closet and exit to the terrace, from when you can admire the lovely views to the mountains and forest. In addition, it also features an en-suite bathroom with independent shower and bath. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.

In this quiet urbanisation you will find the peace you need to disconnect from the daily routine. You can take long walks throughout the surroundings and enjoy the views. All services for an independent stay will be found in the town of Gandía, 4.2 km away. You can get lost throughout the streets and also visit the Ducal Palace, a wonder of the Valencian Gothic architecture. Of course, you cannot leave without visiting the great beach of Playa de Gandía -about 10 km away- quite lively, and take a walk along the promenade with lots of bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. If you love nature, the area offers several routes for hikers like the route through the Parpalló-Font de Garrofer.
