Two of the bedrooms have TV-Sat. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, there is a toilet on the ground floor. One cot and one highchair are available on request. Each item in the house is cared of in every detail and shows the great love of photography of the owner. You can feel at home from the first moment, surrounded by art and a touch of luxury.

The living room is bright, modern and very cozy. It features a large comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat., and a fireplace. There is a secondary living room with two couches. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. For the winter, the house offers central and underfloor heating and for the summer, there's A/C in every room (except the bathrooms).

Both, the house and its surroundings breathes tranquility and are ideal for relaxing surrounded by the nature. This property is located within a plot of 21,200 m2, so that privacy can be considered complete.The area is the best for long walks on foot or by bicycle.

The property is located just 3 km from Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, where you can find everything you might need during your stay. Just 16 km away you will find magnificent beaches, as Sa coma, s' Illot, Cala Millor, Cala Bona, etc. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to the Tennis Academy of Rafa Nadal.

Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
