Information about Alcudiola
Welcome to this magnificent house, for 6 people located in the countryside of the beautiful rural village of Santa Margalida.
The exteriors are wonderful, thanks to the landscaped areas, which give colour to the house. The chlorinated 4 x 6 m pool (with a uniform depth of 1.6 m) is private. The terrace, of 25 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and it has a chill-out area with rattan furniture. Under the porch, which is fully-equipped, you can spend great evenings cooking on the barbecue.
The house of 120 m2 distributed on 1 floor, has 3 bedrooms, 1 equipped with two single beds, and the other 2 have a double bed each. There is availability for a cot. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and one of them is located in a separate room of the house, next to the swimming pool.
The living-dining room is spectacular. You can relax on the sofa while enjoying a good reading, listening to music, or watching satellite TV. The dining area has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker and is equipped with everything you need to cook without a problem. There are board games for children to play and have fun during your stay. The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Santa Margalida is situated in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the authentic Mallorca. Even so, in Santa Margalida you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports centre, cafes and some restaurants.
Just a 15-minute drive away, there are the beautiful beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and white sand. You can spend a lovely day at the sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and paellas in any of the beach clubs and restaurants of the area, with breathtaking sea views. The promenade of Can Picafort is a lively area in contrast to Platja de Muro, which is very quiet. Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença are located nearby.

42 guests reviewed this property. Eine wunderschöne Finca, so viel Ruhe, weit ab vom Tourismus. Die beiden Bäder sind für alle Gäste ausreichend. Der Pool ist super sauber. Wir haben uns sowohl durch die Schwiegertochter der Besitzerin, als auch durch Homerti super betreut gefühlt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!
A beautiful finca, so much peace and quiet, far away from tourism. The two bathrooms are sufficient for all guests. The pool is super clean. We felt very well looked after by both the owner's daughter-in-law and Homerti. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place for you!

[+] Die Unterkunft hat alles was auf einer Finka benötigt aus unserer Sicht. Schöne Zimmer, schönes Bad, toller Pool , super sitzmöglichkeiten, Pizzaofen, Grill top . Gastgeber immer erreichbar und sofort da wenn man etwas braucht . Sehr nette Menschen [-] Als wir ankamen war es extrem heiß und die Finka hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Eine Nacht war demnach extrem… dann wurde es nachts wieder kühler und es war gut. Auf den Bildern dachte man man hat 2 Bäder, aber das 2.Bad ist nur die am Pool und es war eine kaltdusche. Aber alles ok.
[+] From our point of view, the accommodation has everything you need on a finca. Nice rooms, nice bathroom, great pool, great seating, pizza oven, great grill. Host always available and there immediately if you need anything. Very nice people [-] When we arrived it was extremely hot and unfortunately the finka doesn't have air conditioning. One night was extreme... then it got cooler again at night and it was fine. In the pictures you thought you had 2 bathrooms, but the 2nd bathroom was only by the pool and it was a cold shower. But everything is ok.
See more Die Finca ist traumhaft schön. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück. Alles mit viele Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wohl. Zum Check-in wurden wir von der Besitzerin überaus freundlich empfangen. Es gab frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. In der Küche findet man eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und auch sonst alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, teilweise schattig, aber auch viele Möglichkeiten in der Sonne zu liegen. Draußen gibt es ein zweites Bad mit Dusche (kalt) und Toilette. Auch ein Holzkohle Grill kann genutzt werden. Im Dorf gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min). Große Einkaufsmärkte 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Rundum hatten wir (mit 5 Freunden) einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
The finca is incredibly beautiful. Very well maintained house and property. Everything furnished with a lot of love. You feel very welcome and comfortable. At check-in we were warmly welcomed by the owner. There was fresh fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome. In the kitchen you will find a basic supply of spices and everything else you need. The pool is very well maintained, partly shaded, but also plenty of opportunities to lie in the sun. Outside there is a second bathroom with a shower (cold) and toilet. A charcoal grill can also be used. There are many shopping opportunities in the village (approx. 10-15 minutes on foot). Large shopping markets 10 minutes away by car. All in all we (with 5 friends) had a very nice stay.

I received emails by Homerti before the trip will all the needed indications - I didn't have any issue so didn't need to contact them at any moment during the trip. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer wunderschönen Finca, die sehr gepflegt und super sauber ist. Magdalena ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Der Pool, die Außenanlagen under der Garten, in dem Obst und Gemüse der Saison zur eigenen Ernte zur Verfügung stehen haben uns begeistert. Als fünfköpfige Familie hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Magdalena und ihr Team.

See more Eine wunderschöne Finca mit sehr großen Außenbereich und tollen Zitrusbäumen. Das Gelände ist sehr vielseitig und man findet eigentlich überall einen tollen Platz um sich wohlzufühlen! Trotz der angenehmen landestypische Architektur kommt zeitgemäßer Komfort nicht zu kurz!
A beautiful finca with a very large outdoor area and great citrus trees. The terrain is very diverse and you can actually find a great place to feel comfortable everywhere! Despite the pleasant local architecture, contemporary comfort is not neglected!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage….umgeben von einem schönen gepflegten Garten. Es gibt ein Gemüsebeet welches man ernten darf…sowie die zahlreichen Obstbäume. Die Besitzerin ist zauberhaft und kümmert sich sehr aufmerksam um alles. Es war ein toller Urlaub vielen Dank Magdalena!

See more Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders toll ist der große Garten, in dem bei unserem Aufenthalt Zitronen und Orangen an den Bäumen hingen. Man hat sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung, es war alles sauber und gemütlich. Santa Margalida ist ein süßer Ort, wo man am Dienstag auch frisches Obst und Gemüse vom Markt kaufen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen !
We had a very nice stay. What's particularly great is the large garden, where there were lemons and oranges hanging on the trees during our stay. There is a lot of space in the apartment, everything was clean and comfortable. Santa Margalida is a cute place where you can also buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the market on Tuesdays. We liked it very much, we would come again!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage, in der es an nix fehlt. Speziell Kinder können hier super toben und im Pool baden. Man kann und muss Alcudiola einfach weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Alter von 1-4 Jahren in dem Haus und es hat einfach alles gepasst.
A fantastic accommodation in a very quiet location where nothing is missing. Children in particular can have a great time running around here and swimming in the pool. You can and must simply recommend Alcudiola. We were in the house with 4 adults and 3 children aged 1-4 years and everything was just right.

There was nothing that stood out as being a problem. You would definitely need a car. The villa was perfect for a relaxing and get away from it all holiday. A rural heaven. So many comfortable seating areas and excellent cooking facilities.

One point of criticism - no air conditioning. Unfortunately it was too hot at 35 degrees at night despite the fans. Otherwise there's really nothing to complain about. Friendly landlady. Lovely lady, directions we received was so easy to find villa, dont let the distance from airport put u off. Great roads to drive on. Views to die for villa was so clean fresh just stunning. Id recommend google map, fone reception was better than England. WiFi great. Pool just right temp. Swimming, in it til 10 on a night still warm. Can pic beach fab only round the corner same has alcudia all short drives. Dont let the ants put u off bring ant powder over, kids just loved it loads of space to play loved exploring the wide life lizards sheep cats.age 6 and 7.
