Spectacular house, overlooking the countryside and mountains, which is ideal for families and groups of friends. It is located in the rural area of Campanet and has capacity for 10 people.

The property has an incredible driveway which is surrounded by Moscari and Campanet’s hills and beautiful countryside. The garden is like an oasis, that is, perfect for relaxing, with olive, almond and orange trees and a lawn area of 350 m2. The chlorinated pool of 15 x 5 m and a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2.40 m is perfect for those who love the sun and swimming. In the pool area there are ten deck-chairs and an umbrella. Located under the 80 m2 porch, there is a fixed fully-equipped barbecue, typical of the island. In front of the porch there is a paved area of 150 m2.

This 260 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has five bedrooms: four on the ground floor (three twin’ –one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower– and one double with an en-suite bathroom with shower) and one twin with an en-suite bathroom with shower on the first floor. All bedrooms have a fan, central heating and a wardrobe. A cot is available on request. There is a bathroom with shower and a toilet on the ground floor, which serve the entire house.

The house has a hall with access to the living-dining room. There you can relax while watching TV, reading a good book or just resting. In the dining area, there is a large dining table for 10 people where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped, with glass-ceramic hob and with no oven. Laundry area features a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Campanet has the perfect location, as it is easy to reach anywhere on the island: beaches, mountains or cycling routes. It is a very quiet and comfortable area, for the proximity to the town where you can find everything you might need during your vacation. Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans are just a 20-minute drive. There you can have a good day at the large sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In this area there are also several restaurants where you can eat good paella with sea views. The promenade of Can Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquillity of Platges de Muro. It is also advisable to approach the area of Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. Apart from the north, you can visit the beaches of the east of Mallorca, small sandy and rocky beaches perfect for nature lovers.

NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
