Fantastic two-storey house located on the outskirts of Benisa, with a great pool and accommodation for 6 guests.
What about starting the day with a nice swim in the pool? Let alone, always after a delicious breakfasts outdoors, enjoying the first sun beams in the morning. The absolutely marvellous chlorine pool sizes 7.5 x 3.5 metres and its depth ranges from 1.10 to 1.60 metres. If you are travelling with children, you will surely enjoy sitting on the steps or on the sun loungers while you see how they dive and play among laughs. You will find a shower bathroom by the pool for your major comfort. In the evening, the perfect plan is a barbecue and dinner under the starry Mediterranean sky. There are direct neighbours.

The house, equipped with central heating for the coldest months, combines a traditional and, at the same time, modern style. It features some special elements like stone lined corners or the wooden wall in the sitting room. This space is ideal to relax watching TV or to take a nap, since you will prefer the living-dining room by the pool for the liveliest moments. In the kitchen, with a gas stove, there is also a table and wooden benches. The three bedrooms, one on the main floor and the other two upstairs, offer a double bed and a closet each of them. One of the bedrooms upstairs also features a whirlpool bathtub en-suite bathroom. There is another shower bathroom for the whole house downstairs. We can provide a cot and a high chair on request.

Just 1 km away from Benisa, a village belonging to the county of Marina Alta de Alicante, with all services and easy access to the AP-7 highway to move throughout, this home is located near fabulous beaches and coves, like Cala Baladrar or the beaches os Benisa, Moraira and Calpe. If you feel like a cultural visit, the town centre invites to have a walk along its medieval streets. Also true hikers find a wide variety of routes in this area.
