Villa Arada

Welcome to this rustic villa located in the north of the island. It offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
This one storey house has 248 m2 and four bedrooms. It is ideal for families or little groups of friends. There is one room with two single beds, while the others hove double bed. There are three rooms with AC. There are 2 bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub (one of them is en suite). The villa has a cosy environment and it is the right choice for those who want to spend a relaxed holiday.

You can relax in the living room reading a book, watching TV (Canal Plus) or a DVD. The attached dining area has a nice rustic table where you can organize meals with friends and family. The open kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, fridge and a lot more. Of course, you will as well find washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The outdoor is very beautiful: go outside and have a tempting BBQ, swim in the pool or just relax on the garden. The 140 m2 terrace is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The lawn area is 100 m2 large and you will find 10 sun beds to get tanned. The 8 x 4 meter pool is totally private. The house is on a residential area so you will have direct neighbours, but the house and its facilities are totally private.

The house is located in Crestatx, just 4.5 km away from Sa Pobla, where you will find all you may need during your holiday: supermarket, surgery, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.
10.6 km away you will find the town of Pollença where you will be able to stroll through the cobblestone streets and buy in the lovely shops. You can as well climb the 365 steps to el Calvari – the views there are really beautiful.

In 20 minutes by car you can get to Casetes de Capellans and Can Picafort. There you can spend a lovely day on the beach with fine sand a crystalline waters. On the area you will find restaurants with sea views that offer any kind of food. The promenade in Can Picafort is a lively place which contrasts with the calm of Platges de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the coast in Alcúdia and Pollença, where you will find fantastic beaches.
