Welcome to this fabulous house for 14 people, located in Campos.

The exteriors are gorgeous, thanks to the big garden areas with plants and trees and the charm of the property. You can cool off in the chlorinated 14 x 5.5 m pool (with 1.1 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at the deep end), or simply relax and enjoy the quiet countryside in a deck-chair. There are two big terraces where children can play, and three very spacious and fully-furnished porches, one of them including a typical Majorcan barbecue equipped with a table and chairs so you can spend great evenings with family and friends.

The rustic interior is welcoming. With an area of 650 m2, this villa is distributed over two floors. There are seven bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one twin-bedded and one double-bedded) and five on the first floor (two double-bedded and three twin-bedded). All rooms have a wardrobe, a fan and an en-suite bathroom. The seven en-suite bathrooms have a total of seven showers and two baths. On the ground floor there is a toilet that serves the entire house. A cot is available if needed.

The house has very spacious areas which are nicely decorated. The living-dining room is perfect for relaxing on the sofa, reading a book, watching satellite TV, or simply having a good time by the fireplace. The dining area is equipped with a glass table and chairs. The separate kitchen, with a gas cooker, is fully-equipped so you can cook without a problem. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is just 2.3 km from the town of Campos, where you will find all necessary amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, cafes, etc. Every Thursday a food market is held, and on Saturday there is a market with all kinds of products.

Within a 20-minute drive, you can reach the beaches of Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó and Colònia de Sant Jordi. In Colònia de Sant Jordi boat trips are organized to Cabrera National Park, a worthwhile excursion.
Do not miss the visit to the Caves of Drach, a set of four caves connected to each other formed by the action of the water inlet of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide, where classical music concerts are offered daily. You can cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert. The east coast of the island, full of different coves and beaches, can comfortably be explored thanks to boat trips.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
