Villa Astorga

Welcome to the true paradise located in a quiet residential area of Javea, near the town centre. It is a majestic two-storey house for 6 people, with an incomparable garden, private pool and amazing mountain views.
This villa is absolutely amazing!! Its green and forest gardened areas, surrounding the great chlorine pool, will delight you. Let alone the incomparable dips while admiring the mountains. The pool sizes 10 x 5 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 2 metres. Under the porch and at the terrace, any moment of the day is perfect to relax on the sofa after a delicious barbecue, or simply after enjoying some healthy fruits and a natural juice talking benefit of the morning sun beams. The house is shared with another person, a man who cares about the house and the pool area. He's living on the same plot, in an annexed building. This person accesses his home through a door which is next to the pool. Mind that the pool and the exterior area are only for the use of our guests.

Inside, you will find a large living-dining room, ideal to read an interesting book or juts to take some rest. The kitchen is ample and it features a ceramic hob. It jas room enough, not only to cook delicious recipes but also to watch satellite TV while having lunch. The laundry room presents a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house offers three bedrooms, the three of them with a double bed. There are three bathtub bathrooms and two of them are en-suite. The last bathroom is on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms, one of them with a closet, AC, room enough for a cot and a high chair and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the last bedroom which also features a closet, AC and bathroom. For the coldest days, the house is equipped with underfloor heating.

Javea presents a variety of beautiful landscapes. The cost is a succession of coves and beaches -like La Grava, Cala Blanca or Cala Grandadella-, as well as cliffs, islands, caves and capes. There is a variety of hiking routes to enjoy all that, and beautiful lookouts like the one of Punta del Castell. If you feel like knowing the village, we recommend you visiting and walking along the town centre which still preserves a medieval touch. Here, you will find all services and products you may need for your stay. In fact, the street market takes place every Thursday morning at the Constitution Square.

Tennis rackets and balls are not available.

There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
