Welcome to this majorcan rural house, located at Manacor, with a private swimming pool, where 8 guests will feel like at home.
This house outdoors are amazing, with amazing views that invite to relax and swim at the chlorine 10mx4m swimming pool and from 1m to 2m deph ranging. Is surrounded by a big grass area with 8 hammocks where you will relax sunbathing, beside a fantastic porch, ideal to prepare a tasty barbecue with your loved ones. If you are looking for total privacy, you are at the right place.

As soon as you come in the property, you will find a comfortable living-room with a satellite TV and access to the garden, open to the gas equipped kitchen. Obviously, there are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. It disposes of four luminous bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed, and three with two single beds. Two of them have a bathroom en-suite with a shower, and also a third bathroom with a bath. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you up to two cots and two high chairs.
All the rooms dispose of a fan for the summer. At the winter, switch on the central heating!

The house is located at a quiet rural area, surrounded by a plot. At Manacor center, you can try delicious traditional majorcan food at one of its fantastic restaurants, or go shopping. For golf lovers, you can play at Golf Vall d'Or, only 18 km distance. The property is well connected, so you can easily visit diferent beaches like Porto Colom, Cala Magrana, Calas de Mallorca or Es Trenc. We highly recommend Cuevas del Drach caves.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
