Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit 7 Personen in der Finca. Abends kann man sehr schön draußen sitzen und hat über den beleuchteten Pool direkt auf die Berge sehen können. Die Finca ist von außen sehr rustikal. Bei der Einfahrt unbedingt darauf achten die Einfahrt gegenüber den zwei Spiegeln zu nehmen! Der andere ist sehr sehr eng und mit hohen Pflanzen bewachsen und sehr steinig!! Generell kann ich die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, von dort war man überall relativ schnell mit dem Auto! Viel Spaß :)

This XV century house with private swimming pool at Moscari, Sierra de Tramuntana, welcomes 7 guests.
Welcome to this house where the porch is covered by green ivy, wich makes the space so special. It disposes of a fantastic private 10m x 5m private salt swimming pool, with a deph range that goes from 0.8m to 1.8m, from where you can enjoy idylic views to the countryside. There are some hammocks where you can relax while having a drink. If you like to cook outdoors, you will enjoy preparing delicious meals at the barbecue. A perfect external bathroom will be perfect for a shower after a good swim.
The property is divided in two floors and it preserves the antique decoration mixing it with a rural decoration. It disposes of a comfortable dining-room, with a gorgeous stone wall, where you can relax and watch a film or reading a book beside the fireplace. The typical majorcan kitchen with vitro hub disposes of all the necessary amenities to prepare your favourite dishes. Also, there is a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower is located at this floor too. The house has radiators and fans at your disposal.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two with two single beds each as well as a bathroom with a bath. You will appreciate the fantastic views and the warm style that will make you feel like at home.
Located at the mountains outskirts, the property is near de nice villages of Selva and Moscari. The athmosphere is ideal to go on route by bike or hiking around la Sierra de Tramuntana. When it rains, we highly recommend to visit the gorgeous Salt de Freu waterfalls. Also, dont miss Lluc monastery, the idylic Sa Calobra cove and the legendary Sóller village and its church from the XII century. If you drive for about half an hour, you will find Alcúdia bay. All the north coast beaches are famous for their thin and white sand and clean water. Inca is also very near and you will find shops or restaurants and everything you might need during your stay.

This place was incredible - we stayed here for a week and had the best time. However, some more amenities would have been nice, there was only 1 washing up sponge which looked like it had been used before. There was also only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the house, which between 6 of us, we went through in 1 day. There was also no cleaning products. We had to go out and buy some disinfectant spray and paper towels in order to clean up each night and on checkout. The downstairs bathroom also got infested with ants by the end of our stay. The bathroom was crawling with them, we had to all shower upstairs because you couldn’t get in the shower. However, other than these few minor details, the place is amazing. the pool is great, the area is great, and everything was clean when we got there.

No flexibility on arrival and departure times which was to bad. Dustbin 4 km from the house. Otherwise, very great holidays.

Wir haben für 9 Tage zu siebt in dem Haus gelebt & es war traumhaft. Da im Juli auf Mallorca fast 40 Grad zu erwarten sind, war der Pool eine willkommene Abkühlung. Das schöne Bergpanorama macht diese Erfrischung umso faszinierender. Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Ventilatoren, die die Nächte in der aufgeheizten Finca erträglicher gestalten. Für Tagesausflüge nach Pollença, Deià oder Alcúdia eignet sich ein Leihwagen, mit dem man in unter 60 Minuten überall ankommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit mehreren Supermärkten in den umliegenden Städten mit dem Leihwagen gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Außengrill jeden Tag genutzt und fangfrischen Fisch gegrillt. Der Kontakt & Service mit den Vermieter*innen, war unkompliziert & schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Betten waren sauber, ebenfalls größtenteils die Bäder, allerdings hatten wir im oberen Bad kein warmes Wasser. Ende Mai sind die Temperaturen bereits stetig gestiegen, was ohne die Klimaanlage nachts an sich auch kein Problem gewesen wäre. Allerdings gibt es im Haus keinerlei Fliegennetze und aufgrund des naturbelassenen Teichs nebenan zahlreiche Stechmücken. Die Nächte waren daher sehr unentspannt: entweder Stechmücken oder die unerträgliche Hitze. Wer die Finca bucht sollte Tiere mögen, denn es wuselt im ganzen Haus.. vor allem nachts ;)

Nice house, great pool and a fantastic view!!!
We were 5 girls and stayed for 8 days. It was a little sad, that we were not able to check in earlier than 4 p.m. as we arrived early. The check-in was easy and the house was clean as we arrived. We had problems with the pool on the 3rd day but we got help very quickly. Sebastian and his son were very lovely and helpful as well. Everything else was very nice and we would stay there again.

Wir bewerten die Unterkunft mit 4 Sternen, 3 Sternen Sternen. Original mallorquinisches Haus mit genialem Weitblick und tollem Pool. Haben uns zu Viert sehr wohl gefühlt, trotz einiger kleiner Mängel, die aus unserer Sicht leicht behoben werden könnten. Das Erdgeschoss ist recht dunkel, aber ansprechend. Dringend notwendig wären ein neuer Herd mit gut funktionierendem Backofen sowie Moskitonetzen vor den Fenstern in den Schlafräumen. Die Kombination von Wolldecken mit Leintücher als Bettdecken ist für uns immer wieder eine Herausforderung :-) Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Als no-Go empfanden wir die weißen billig- Plastik- Möbel am Pool :-(
